Nate at Claremont Mazda was amazing, I needed a part replaced on my car along with service and he made it seamless! From having the opportunity to let me take a loaner so I could still continue on with life and work without out any complications was great and stress free. Staff like Nate and I have to also say Mindy as she has been helpful since the day I bought my car which I love!! Anyhow if you are looking for a new car with amazing staff that will help you along your journey wherever life takes you these 2 people at this dealership will keep your experience positive and stress free!! Recommend Mazda of Claremont to anyone expecting non less than a wonderful experience! 10 stars lol since I can only add 5 technically :)

My family and I live in Boston. We were driving from home to Crawford Notch for a holiday week when the transmission suddenly failed. We didn't know that yet, but we knew we couldn't keep going. We were about 100 miles from home and still about 80 miles from our destination, late in the afternoon 2 days before a holiday. Thankfully we were only about 4 miles from Belknap Subaru. I called the service department about 90 minutes before they closed, explained the situation, and the service advisor offered to have someone check out the car as long as we could get there in about 45 minutes. Well, AAA took much longer than that, so we had to wait until morning. We managed to get a ride to our destination and sure enough first thing the next morning, the day before a holiday, they checked it out and called me right away to tell me the problem. They sent photos and a description too. They offered us a loaner car -- of course another Outback -- and when I explained that we'd have to go back home to Boston and I wouldn't be able to come back for at least 6 days, the service advisor said not to worry, they had plenty of loaner cars, and I should come back whenever I could (once our car was fixed). They expected a bit of a delay with the holiday to get a new transmission shipped, saying it would take at least 7 or 8 days, but it was done in 6. I picked it up and it all seems good now. It was great to deal with such a pleasant service department during what could have been a terrible vacation.

Perhaps the most rewarding experience for buying a car ever. Joel went above and beyond to ensure that our questions and concerns were addressed. Personally intervened, addressed, and resolved a DMV issue within minutes of being notified. Wife is thrilled with the car. Joel's unmatched professionalism and personal demeanor are noteworthy, and we look forward to the next visit. Definitely worth the 3-hour drive from Connecticut. A 5-star visit!

Kinsley did a great job finding the 2026 Highlander we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and for a few things he was uncertain of he was able to quickly find an answer. When we picked up the Highlander, it was absolutely spotless. Extremely clean. Not a fingerprint or a speck of dust anywhere. This will make the third vehicle purchased from McGee. Toyota makes a great vehicle and we appreciate the great customer service. Also wanted to give a shout out to Jack in service who is able to resolve a persistent GPS issue I had with my 2023 RAV4. It has been working great ever since.

Recently had the best experience at Team Nissan, I went to look at a New Frontier back in the beginning of January, after alot of negotiations on trade value, I agreed to purchase the truck, but I ended up backing out the last minute. Ralph Fast and I stayed in communication for a month and half, not only about Frontiers but just everyday stuff as well. I then found an older used vehicle I was interested in and agian changed my mind last minute. Yes I was " that customer". Ralph and Eli treated me with nothing but repect through the whole experience. 2 days ago I decided I was finally ready to purchase my new 26 Frontier, I was almost embarrassed to even show my face at Team Nissan after backing out twice, but Ralph and Eli were great! We laughed and made jokes about my previous backing out and if I would actually show this time around. I never felt uncomfortable during my purchase as everyone was super friendly. I totally recommend giving Team Nissan a try for your vehicle needs! Thanks Ralph and Eli for putting up with me so long...in the end it all worked out!
