Needed to replace coolant in my Jeep Wrangler. Spent time looking for HOAT coolant online. Maybe NAPA has it, maybe Walmart. Went out to the shed and thought Do I really want to deal with the used coolant? And with the wind it was a little nippy outside, Do I really want to lay on the ground to drain the radiator? Looked up Manahawkin Jeeps hours and realized they closed in 90 minutes. Drove on over and asked if they could change the coolant on short notice. Fred R looked at the clock 2:23 and agreed to take my vehicle. Not only did they change my coolant last minute before closing time the mechanic even took the time to air up my tires due to the Low Pressure Warning light that had come on the day before. Another GREAT experience at Manahawkin Chrysler.

Patrick Brown was my salesman and from start to finish always listened to my needs and went out of his way to meet them. Cherry Hill Jeep is much closer to me but the few times I have been in there they always seemed to pressure me so I walked away ! So glad I found Pellegrino and would highly recommend this dealership !

I just leased a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with Jim McKiernan of Freehold Jeep and I have to say Jim actually made it a pleasurable experience. He was completely transparent about the process and never once did I feel pressured to buy. I had visited several other Jeep dealers (one in Ocean Township & one in East Brunswick) and all were similarly priced, but I can honestly say that Jim's professionalism was the ultimate deciding factor in why I choose Freehold. I rarely write reviews, but felt truly compelled to offer this compliment.

Wish I could give zero stars to this place after what they put me thru for three months!!!
Bought a Jeep with the promise of a soft top for 500$ that was a side deal by the finance guy. Got the run-around for more than a month until I got the money back with no top! The dual tops was a huge reason why I signed the deal in the first place. Also bought an imaginary lifetime warranty that was eventually refunded to me because my Jeep was not certified to have it due to some glitch that the dealer should've known about. Again the other biggest reason I bought it was the lifetime, unlimited miles warranty. And for my troubles they gave me a 3 year warranty with 30 thousand miles that now I know it was on the car the whole time!!!! It is the remainder of the factory extended warranty that the original owner paid for. Lies after lies after lies. They acted like the warranty was on them, it wasn't as Mopar has told me so. I will forever talk this place down, run to another dealer if you can. John Johnson is bottom of the barrel in my eyes.
