He clearly disclosed some of the known issues with the vehicle so that I knew what I was getting. The financial and paperwork processes were very smooth when working with Karyn Lehmann. I’ve had my heart set on a Charger for a while now but sometimes you don’t get what you want, you get what you need (and ultimately what you want!). Due to my horrible lease from another dealer/manufacturer the Charger was not within my realm of affordability-but Will Wallace was awesome and got me into a beautiful 4x4 Jeep Renegade, which I had also seen on the road and always wanted until I became obsessed with Chargers/Challengers. He was kind, courteous, not pushy and not just “trying to make a sale”. He answered all my questions and spoke to me intellectually, not assuming because I was a woman there without a man to make a deal. I’m so happy with my Jeep and I will be back to F/S Auto Mall to see Will when I have more money but I will be too old to look hot in a Charger. Will’s response was “youth is wasted on the young”....HAHA, so true!!! Thanks WILL!!!!

I bought my Jeep elsewhere, but had an early Friday morning major issue with the engine, while driving up the highway. Due to their early hours, I called and got a human at 7:30 AM. The service manager listened and told me to bring it in right away. I got it to the shop and they had someone looking under the hood in ten minutes. I was told it was "a complicated issue" and I started to wonder what I got myself into. The manager explained as much as he knew and told me to take a loaner while they worked on my car. I expected the worst. Later in the afternoon (remember, I didn't have an appointment) he called me to let me know it was fixed, but they wanted to test it one more time on Saturday morning and he asked if I could come pick it up then. I was pleasantly surprised at their speedy repair, but the best was yet to come. The car was past it 36 month warranty and I expected to get slammed. When I showed up to get the car, they told me all the repairs were under the drive-train warranty and I had no bill. Even if that were not the case, these guys were friendly, accommodating, concerned and darn good at what they do. There was no BS.
They have earned a new service customer for as long as I drive Chrysler products.

Thanks to sales consultant Nick Zavros, it was the easiest experience I have ever had in a car dealership. I went to buy a car with a co-signer and they didn’t even make an effort to try to get me an approval. My co signer has a tier one credit so he was good to co-sign. All they wanted was to get my co-signer to get a car for him and acted like I wasn’t there and wasn’t good for business. So if you don’t have perfect credit score, don’t ever bother with those people. They won’t help you. I did got a great deal with my co-signer at BURNS HONDA IN MARLTON

NEGATIVE 5!!! Why isn’t there a Negative rating! 👎🏼 Typical dealership, see a woman coming in alone and give a run around!!! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. So very unprofessional! Was given a quote, left a deposit and was told they were getting the Jeep from another dealership. They told me they would hold the Jeep for a week as I was leaving for vacation. Was there on a Wednesday, followed up with the salesman on the following Friday to ensure all was good and was assured it was and that they were getting the Jeep. Didn’t hear anything all week, I reached out again on the following Saturday, OVER a week later to find out what time I should come in to pick up the vehicle and if all was good. Was told all was good to go and he would reach out to me on Monday. By 12:00 nothing Monday, I reached out to HIM, and was told there were “issues”. The dealership they were getting the vehicle from was not responding, I said I thought all was good to go and you HAD the vehicle on YOUR lot?? Was given the run around for hours when finally I looked up the VIN number of the Jeep I was given the window sticker for, called the dealership and was told it was still on their lot. They then proceeded to tell me a million other stories that didn’t add up and had holes in them. The GM contacted me and said they found another one, more expensive but monthly payment would still be the same, and two years of free oil changes for the hassle and aggravation as well, and they would deliver it to me. I get a txt Tuesday asking if I could come in and get it at 5:00. I said sure. I get to the dealership, 45 minutes away from my home, they take my keys to my current Jeep, hand me the keys to the new one and tell me it will be a few minutes. Go in to the office to sign all paperwork that I was given a quote on, credit run etc (which they had almost 2 weeks to establish) and they tell me my payment is over $100 more a month than originally quoted and paid for. Not to mention that the Salesman Abe that I had dealt with all along, had to leave for a “family emergency “ which this happens and I get it, but really? after giving me the run around? Tells me to come at 5, I was running a little late due to traffic and inclement weather, he txts me at 5:14 that I can deal with another salesperson. Ok fine, then we have the above issue and the GM Scott gets on the phone and was nasty, disrespectful and downright rude. I left the dealership after I txt my Salesman Abe, he read the message, but still no response.
So at this point they STILL have my first months payment and I took my keys to my current Jeep and left! How do you conduct business like that? You give a quote, a monthly payment that is agreed upon, have someone come to your dealership to pick up a vehicle and tell them as they are ready to sign that the monthly payment is over $100 more? UNPROFESSIONAL and DESPICABLE!
I guess they saw a woman come in by herself and figured hook, line and sinker! Nope sorry!
