Buying a car can be very stressful but not this time. I just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from John Burtnick and he was extremely professional and helpful. John made sure that he was hands on through the entire process and made sure that I was happy with the deal.

Well you can read my review from the date mentioned in title about Lester Glenn on rte 37 Toms River NJ . This is the update I mentioned about seeing if they actually did the right thing after buying a new Fiat 124 Spider. The answer is NO they did not do right by me and in fact after all is said and done they actually robbed me for half of the gap payment and only refunded me half of my payment of GAP. I guess they needed to keep $500 of my payment rather than giving me a full refund after lying to me about the cost of GAP. Looks to me after you buy a car from this dealership and they get your money, they then don't give a dam about doing the right thing by the customer. READ WHAT THEY WRITE UP AS OPPOSED TO WHAT THEY DO FOR YOU. They will tell you one thing and do another. I personally would never buy from this dealer again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Bunch of lying thieves. They are a take your money and run dealership.

I came to Cherry Hill Jeep to trade in my ‘13 Wrangler. I had gone to another dealer earlier in the week and the difference in customer service was astounding. Not only was everyone super friendly and helpful, but they were able to get me the car I wanted (compass altitude edition with sunroof) but for the same price another dealer told me I was going to pay for a basic compass model with no mods. Jerry was great to work with and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I picked, and was able to show me how everything worked. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready to upgrade my compass in the future!

We went into Dover Dodge just looking into the Ram 2500 as a potential new vehicle, and we meet Jason Schultz our Sales Agent. Turns out we bought a 2018 Ram 2500 and Jason could not have been nicer and more helpful. He helped make the buying experience as stress free as possible and could not have been nicer.
After the sale, Jason I believe went above and beyond in customer service, which is rarely seen these days. He helped out to make sure we were satisfied and personal took the initiative to make sure some minor issues were taking care of with service. It is very nice to see someone care about their customers like Jason did.

A little background….. never purchased a Dodge of any type… always been a Tundra proud owner.
Tundra was recently totaled by a driver who was more focused on eating than driving and rear ended it when he panicked and slammed the accelerator instead of the brakes (true story)
We went shopping right away as I needed to truck for the business.
Shopped at Ford, Toyota (I did mentioned I’m loyal to Tundra,not necessarily to all Toyota products though), GM and Chevy.
We stopped by John Johnson and fell in love with the ’18 power wagon.
Sent emails to each dealer regarding the model I saw in their respective lots.
I want to be clear… sent same body of message to each with only changing the line where I detail the make/model I wanted best pricing and please not to waste my time.
ONLY John Johnson provided an OTD price! (Out the Door) and it was lower than I expected.
Email with sales manager (Sandy Keiper) were escalated to her sales manager (Jeff Bash) without my request!
Drove to meet them as they were already in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay for this vehicle
NO ONE SITS IN A HIDDEN OFFICE! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME after purchasing vehicles for over 38 years!!!
Right there I requested yet another obscene price drop and both the sales manager and the GM (Scott Meshulam) do not question my request, but immediately begin going over what and where they can pull the difference!!!
Please understand my background is in Comp Sci and Mathematics so I had already pulled the sheet on this particular truck with all the options and the price they had originally quoted was what I would get if I purchased it from the factory floor!!!! And yet they dug deeper!
The professionalism and just plan “X Factor” on how this group deals with you as a person just turned me into a MOPAR for LIFE provided I can purchase from these 3 people!

I selected a vehicle from the on line inventory and asked Tom Mc Ateer for an out the door price, including all taxes and fees. I got that price quickly broken down, MSRP, dealership discount, rebates, taxes. documentation fees an motor vehicle fees. When I got there Tom was waiting with the vehicle. I took it for a test drive and bought the car for the quoted price no hassle no pressure. Tom did not rush us and treated us like we were his only concern for the day. He completely explained the operation of the vehicle, programmed my phone to work with the vehicle's hands free system. Tom even helped move our considerable amount of stuff from the old vehicle to the new. I highly recommend Tom McAteer and Kindle.
