Sal is the service representative that I spoke with when dropped off my vehicle for a major service. Sal is straightforward and honest. He let me know right away approximately how long it would take to complete the service. Even though I chose to leave the vehicle with them for the day, he called me and gave me the complete run-down of everything that needed to be done to the vehicle and how much it would cost. The cost was broken down by issue and he even provided the total cost with taxes included. One of the things that I appreciated is that he notified me of a promotion on tires, which I badly needed. He helped save me a good chunk of money that I would have otherwise had to spend had I gone anywhere else. Although my interaction with him was brief, I felt comfortable and informed about what exactly was being done to my vehicle, the cost, and when I could expect to get it back. Very professional.

Everything is explained and then I even got to ask questions about other things I didn’t understand and it was made very clear. Tracy got me in for a vehicle inspection on literally “no notice” and I was still there for less then an hour total. Great place. Great people.
