Service advisors are great. Mechanics sometimes rush the job and can be sloppy. I had my seatbelt fasteners changed due to a recall and they failed to reconnect the passenger side seatbelt to the wiring harness. It was something I noticed while cleaning underneath the seats and I had to reconnect the wires myself.
