FRAUDULENT, DECEITFUL and UNTRUSTWORTHY. - karencampanaro
FRAUDULENT, DECEITFUL and UNTRUSTWORTHY. These are the best three words to describe Suresky Hyundai in Goshen and judging from their other online reviews I am not the only one who feels this way.
I purchased a brand new 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited which cost nearly $42,000. Included in the purchase were a few accessories including a cargo cover. When I picked up the car, all the accessories were in the original packing except for the cargo cover. Suzan Garcia, the sales representative, said they had installed the cargo cover for me since it just snapped into place. However, when I got home and removed it, I discovered that it was covered in dirt and dog hair. My husband located the sticker with the part number and called Hyundai corporate who confirmed that the part was for a 2022-2024 Tucson which means it was used. When he called the dealership to confront them, the sales representative admitted with her GM present that she took the cover from an old used car they had on the lot and fraudulently concealed it!
The above was the second fraudulent act they were caught in. The first was when they increased the agreed upon price by $200.00 at the last minute. When questioned, they claimed they had thought that we were transferring license plates and therefore failed to include the correct DMV fee for new plates. This made no sense as we weren’t trading in a car and had told them previously that our old car was recently totaled. When my husband reviewed the revised quote, he immediately noticed that the fee they had represented as a “DMV fee out of their control” exceeded what the DMV charged. Again, he had to question them and get them to admit to their actions.
It is clear from our experience that Suresky Hyundai is untrustworthy. If they are willing to commit outright fraud to save a few hundred dollars, I can just imagine what they would do to save more money.
