Had a great experience yesterday with the purchase of the new Hyundai elentra with Vinny! Service was great and they really worked out a good deal for me and the BIL. Vinny was very concise and thoughtful of our needs and price range for the car. He knows his stuff and I am really glad he was my sales person. He even went with me to Glenville to get the BIL paperwork signed and got me a good deal on my trade in. I would do it again if Vinny was my sales person thank you!

Everything went well, Mark made sure my car was completed. But when my car was done, they failed to contact me to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. I called and only talked to Pam, who forwarded me to a voicemail. My sister called and was told that the car was ready.
