My experience with Koeppel Subaru was nice, I mainly worked with Jordan (Sales) and Jose in the finance department both were very pleasant and easy to approach. Jordan was very honest and adamant about providing correct information when questioned about specs and features on the car. He did a great job assisting me with the process of obtaining auto insurance and gave me confidence with this being my first dealership purchase. Jordan has also been very responsive to my calls, questions, and concerns, even after my purchase. Jose was a treasure, with the patience you'd expect a great dad to have, he explained EVERYTHING twice or more if necessary with a genuine desire to make sure you understand the given information. I am very thankful for that. Jose was also very patient, he did not rush my contract reading or questioning process. I too believe he was transparent in his manner of business, and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary packages. Jose was very knowledgeable, and visibly takes his work very seriously. When purchasing a vehicle the most important factor to consider is the service you will receive after purchasing the vehicle. I am here to certify to the readers that Della Subaru has outstanding service. I recently had a rare issue on my vehicle and I was greeted at dealership by Audrey, Service Manager. My problem was quickly diagnosed and was told it would be an all day repair or two repair job. Audrey offered me a nice new clean new loaner and the paperwork was completed in minutes.Off I went on my way, the next day I was called middle afternoon by Audrey that the vehicle was all fix, I ask if it was ok to return the loaner early the following morning, no problem no issues. Returning the loaner was hassle free and Audrey methodically explained what was repaired on my vehicle. Not only is Audrey polite and courteous she has extensive technical knowledge about vehicles. Everytime I have had service at Della Subaru the service has always been outstanding, not to mention that the car is washed and squeaky clean every time. The best hands down. I love their Valet service. Their team is professional, courteous, respectful and organized. First three was Humberto Garcia and then there was Anthony Goodman. Them there was Ana and then Liz who coordinates the Loaner car and two unsung heroes (drivers) in grey shorts both times. Finally, there was Jack Coughlin who had overall oversight updating me every step of the way way for those 2 days Jack is easy to describe in one word: outstanding. He has great insight and he gave me white glove service, good advise and guidance on my car. I love his honesty. I highly recommend with a 5 Star rating. Go and see for yourself.

So sales experience with Jeff was great. Had car one month and had bunch of alarms on dashboard. Dealer did call me to check vehicle because somehow they got notified also of alarms. I called back and had to bring car in. As soon as I pulled up and in the middle of a pandemic, only rude comment was make sure to put gas in loaner. I am a RN working in an ER in middle of COVID. Had to take time off to go to dealer and now be inconvenienced by loaner. Asked for manager. Vinny was very rude to me. Honestly why does a one month old vehicle have a "sensor" issue as they called it. I go back 3 days later to get my car and again first words are "did you put gas in loaner". How about we are sorry this happened and we know how hard it is to work in a hospital right now". And no I did not put gas in loaner. Very disappointed in their attitude and customer service . They were awful quick prior month to convince me to trade in my 2 yr old Subaru to get this new one

This spring we came in without an appointment with a flat tire which was fixed without charge.
