I'm very pleased that Mazda has a dedicated dealership. It was very cool to be around other customers who also chose wisely with their vehicle choices. The dealership is calm, clean, modern, and feels extremely lux, just like Mazda itself. I just rolled up to the service bay at my scheduled time and rolled in and they took it from there after a brief consultation. No searching for the service department. No feeling like a cattle call.
I was able to walk to lunch nearby and know that I would be alerted with a video inspection report when my vehicle was near ready. There is the option to text back, but there was nothing wrong or unexpected with my 2018 CX-5.
On the confidence and informative side, I'm appreciative that they gave me specific percentages of wear for my brakes. That was a question I had expressed, but is part of the normal overview.
I've never felt so proud to own a Mazda as I do now. I was sold on the product, but now the Capital District has the venue to help make me a lifer.
