In the end I was offered a fair price for my trade-in, but it took a lot haggling to get there! For the new car I had found online I clicked on “request internet price” , but when I started negotiating with the dealer they wanted to throw that price out. As with all car dealers you must know the value of your trade-in and a fair price for the new car. KBB.COM will show you the invoice price. To get the best price you must be as tough as the dealer and willing to walk away!!!

Found a 03 chevy silverado on line at kyle edwards auto dealership. After speaking with a sales person, Shonte who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. I live in Kansas and the dealership is in oklahoma and they delivered it to me at no extra cost. Not many dealers out there that would do that. When I got the truck there were a couple of issues that I relayed to the manager and they were willing to help with the cost. Great group of people willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Joey and Juve were Friendly and I appreciate them coming down in the price . But whenever I got there to pick up my vehicle I was extremely upset I was told that it was ready before I even got there to pick it up assuming that they would have the car detailed. It looked like they had did a half-xxx job washing it and it definitely was not vacuumed out so now I'm going to have to pay to get that done which does not make me very happy because I feel like if you buy a vehicle from a car lot they should be willing to take care of this for you. And to top that off which makes matters even worse is I've never bought a vehicle that did not come floor mats in it. So yes that's more money that I'm going to be with out because now I have to buy floor mats so no I would never buy another vehicle from this car lot ever again. The only way that I would buy a vehicle from this again is if they would send me money to get floor mats and to pay to get it detail properly. Everytime that I bought a vehicle it is always been detailed whether it was brand new or used and it definitely had for floor mats in it.
And whenever I asked if it could be washed and cleaned before I paid money for it I was told that they had already gone home for the evening and this was around 5 in the evening whenever I came to pick up the vehicle I was like you got to be freaking kidding me if my daughter wasn't with me I probably would have went off and said something. The best experience with purchasing this vehicle was Norman thank you Norman for being so nice and so polite and kind too bad that you weren't the car salesman LOL

When my wife came to purchase a vehicle making a two-hour trip out of her way because I was told they would honor a fantastic price she ends up getting there and they have now raised the price over $600 and will not budge walking away would normally be my choice in this situation but we had a rental car that we had to drop off right next door so we were without out Transportation if we did not purchase this vehicle... and my wife would have been stuck at least an hour away from home.
I believe this lot tried to trap us into a purchase with this knowledge.
I have the screenshots showing the agreed-upon price and then all the BS messages from the salesman telling me how they can't do anything to compensate me for all the trouble in the slightest bit. It honestly would not have been hard for them to do something for me the customer to make sure I was completely satisfied especially when I was dropping all that money Straight Cash that day no financing... I honestly should have taken my money elsewhere out of principal of not getting screwed. But hindsight is 20/20
In the end the car was a decent deal but that's not the point!!
The customer service was severely lacking they made the car buying experience xxxx. They made multiple mistakes and refused to fix them even though they admitted them..
I'll make sure not to return or to refer anybody to this lot.

Bob Moore deserves a 5-star rating from me due to their excellent customer oriented skills. My rep was Wilson "Mace". Mace and I have known each other for half a year now and let me ya, he's the one who wants to help. Anymore most sales representatives are pushy and all they want is to sell cars. Mace, he's not like that. He listens to you and your concerns. He will help you get in to what your needing and will definitely do his best to make the deal you want happen (within reason of course). Bob Moore CDJR of Tulsa is the place you want to go. We spent half a day there, primarily going through our options. The paperwork was quick and easy. I'm pleased with the services here.

My wife and I have bought several new cars from Chris Nikel over the years. I am on my third Ram from them. Over a year ago I started getting error messages on my radio. I contacted the service department made an appointment and brought it in. It began with waiting on software updates, bringing my truck in 6 times, hoping they were going to replace my radio. Finally, Monday they called me and said they had a radio in and wanted to make an appointment to replace it. Tuesday I received an email confirming my appointment. Along with another phone call and text message trying to set up another appointment.
(I am not complaining here, but it seems like they don’t communicate well).
The good news is my 2015 Ram has a new radio, so far no error message!
My wife and I are going to be trading her 2014 Durango next year and we are going elsewhere. This really stinks because we are all about buying local, supporting our community.
In the business that I run we are all about customer service. It is what sets you apart from the competition.
All along the radio needed to be replaced. I knew it, they knew it, but all I heard is that Dodge made them do what they did. I disagree with passing the buck. Chris Nikel should have fixed my truck a year ago so they could keep our business. Sometimes service comes at a cost, but in the long run it pays off.
Chris Nikel is great at selling you a vehicle, I like their buying process, but not so much at honoring their service commitment.

I brought truck from this dealer they charged me a 1,000 more than what it was listed for,but however they did correct the price then after that it took them over thirty days to send me my title ,therefore I couldn't get my tag now its
Is leaking trans fluid, alternator went out,and also Tps sensor bad just one problem after the next.

I'm not going to bash this company, but yet explain what I am going through as of today. I scheduled a appointment for Saturday at 10:00am. When I got there they had my vechile information all wrong (no problem). So he then changes my vechile information into the right vechile. Ask me what needs to be done etc. I said I will be dropping the vechile off hoping I can pick the vechile back up before close of business. He then said that he wont be able to get to it until Monday or Tuesday (whats the point of a schedule appointment). So I said that will be fine changed my son car seat into my daughter tiny car and went home. So Tuesday arrives. No call, no email, no effort in trying to contact me about the status of my car. So I called (with several unsuccessful attempts). I finally get through. They tell me my car is being worked on (without notifying me of cost or whats wrong with it) and that it would be done by the end of business. Somebody should contact me. I asked them what are they working on. They guy could not tell me from the notes on the computer. I asked why dont they honor their appointmemts. They said they do etc. So I said fine I'll wait for the call to pick up my car. It is now Wednesday 10:31. Still no call. The problem I went into service for was a check engine light that was reading slow response o2 sensors in engine and transmission. Also radio not responding. As a mechanic this does not take 3 days.

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.
They Don't Keep Their Promises - Bradley686
I bought a Pacifica for my wife and the sales manager, Marcus made us a few verbal promises. Unfortunately he/the dealership will NOT keep their word and honor their promises. Very disappointing because up until this point my opinion of them was great but not any more. Its too bad that they have lost us as customers over something that probably costs them less than $150... But if you cannot keep your word, why would I want to do business with you ever again and why would I do anything besides warn others to stay away?
