I came to this dealership with no intention of buying from them. I was invited to test drive a Jeep I liked with absolutely no pressure from the staff. Then when I decided I liked what I saw, the finance people were very straightforward and told me interest rate up front at my best rate. I was very impressed. My nephew, who doesn’t have the best credit, was also in the market. They worked with him to find a way for him to fianance and helped him through the process to fix his credit. The only thing i can recommend about this dealership is the salesperson, Joaquin. He was extraordinary. I came in pre-approved so it didn't take long for me to find what i wanted and get to the financial department. When i was asked if i wanted an extended warranty i specifically stated no. I have never bought one before and never will in the future. So after signing papers i looked at the contract and what did i find? $2500.00 had been added for an extended warranty. The financial officer wanted to argue with me and try to tell me i was lying when i said i didn't ask for it. This experience will be shared with all my internet friends in warning of this dealership.

In February of this year my family and I were in the market for a vehicle following an accident that totaled our family van. After researching numerous dealers we decided on Seth Wadley due to some recommendations and looking at the seth wadley promise. At first we had no issues, we started the papers with Kaley, and specifically stated that we wanted the extended warranty which would bring our bumper to bumper out to 100k miles. A week after signing we were told that they were able to get a better payment for us and would need to resign the papers. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the papers to our house as to not load all the kids up and inconvenience us. One day as I was filing papers away I took the time to review and could not find where the extended warranty was located. Last month I contacted Kaley and asked if in fact we did have it and she stated yes,that she saw it in her copies...she was nice enough to say she would have accounting send me a copy so that I could see where. One month later still nothing. After numerous messages for someone, anyone to help with this issue I have filled a BBB complaint. Do not waste your time with this dealer, you would have better luck with a small no name dealership...talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I purchased a Honda Odyssey just this last Friday, I worked with Marcus Harbin through this process. I had a specific number I was looking for when it came to my trade in, the first number they came back with I wasn't happy about, so they went back to the number board and finally came back with a good number. I did most of my business over the phone since I was at work, I sent my daughter to get my van appraised and take care of that part of everything. They processed my credit application and wrote up all the paperwork so when I got there I just had to drive the van and see that I was happy with it, and then from that point it was easy peasy. So far I love the Odyssey and had a great buying experience, thank you again for everything.

Found a 03 chevy silverado on line at kyle edwards auto dealership. After speaking with a sales person, Shonte who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. I live in Kansas and the dealership is in oklahoma and they delivered it to me at no extra cost. Not many dealers out there that would do that. When I got the truck there were a couple of issues that I relayed to the manager and they were willing to help with the cost. Great group of people willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Responded to ad on Car Guru this morning! I talked to two people who told me the car advertised that we were looking for was on the lot and had not been sold. We immediately drove 100 miles to see the vehicle. Upon arrival, we were immediately told by a Sales Rep that the car was sold yesterday. Some nit wit thinks this helps business! I do not trust them. Would not buy from them, Noticed ad is still on Car Guru! Buyer Beware!

Arrived at the service department as soon as they opened (7a.m.) for the express lane oil change. Nothing express about it. Took an hour and a half for an oil change. That is only because I asked they pull my truck down so I could leave, and then miraculously my truck was done in 15 minutes. They had about 12 bays (some still empty) and I was the 6th or so car.... Should not have taken that long. It is either false advertising or poor management, either way something needs to be fixed. I will not go back. On a positive note my service advisor was friendly and professional.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I contacted the dealership and got a response from Cameron Roat. I was interested in a Preowned vehicle, I told him that I was somewhat picky and asked him specifically about the condition. He replied that he walked around it and that it “looks great!” I took him at his word and drove 4 hours to come and make a deal. Once I arrived and looked at the truck, I was appalled at its condition! For being 1 yr old and having fewer than 20k miles it was disgusting!!! The truck had a scratch from headlight to taillight and the interior was stained beyond belief! It actually had what looked like fresh vomit on the passenger seat. Needless to say, we didn’t make a deal. The customer service is similar to the reconditioning of their cars- the manager never thanked me for coming, nor were they apologetic for my wasted trip. No follow up from the salesman either. BEWARE!!! This is the worst experience I’ve had in buying a car.

My wife and I went in looking for a used vehicle. We left with a new one for the same price we would have walked out with the used one. The customer service was great. We had to wait on the finance guy, which always happens at a dealership, but everything was perfect. I could not have been happier with this experience. Skylar, our salesman was very professional, and Bryce, the manager, was as nice as could be.
Trying to sell a death trap! - okbuyer123
On Saturday, 7/21/18, I called Roberts Dodge to check on a Lexus RX400h they had listed. The car was still available, and the salesman — Phil — told me it was just an older, high-mileage vehicle, hence the "wholesale to public" pricing. I drove 45 minutes to look at this vehicle. I arrived, and Phil was upfront that it needed a brake job. I asked if it was safe to drive. Oh, sure, of course, let me get the key. First, it wouldn't start. He jumped it and promised to have a new battery installed immediately. He then started saying the brakes were probably fine if the rust on the rotors were to be removed. I got in it, and there was a horrible, high-pitched squeal in the cabin. I asked what was causing it, and he said he didn't know but to put the car in gear and see if it stopped. It didn't. I drove it about 5 feet and gave up. He asked me to park it between two trucks and behind another vehicle. I did so, and when I hit the brake, NOTHING happened. The car coasted to a stop, but there were NO BRAKES WORKING ON THIS VEHICLE. I see the Lexus is still listed today, 7/24/18. Apparently, there's no law against selling a death trap.

Ive had it only one month and its been in service dept at chickasha 3 going 4 time tmrw. The employees are inexperinced and the so called new service manager informed me maybe i should take it to duncan! The only decent one there is woman at service desk who pushed thru for me to get a loaner truck so i could keep working for when i come back in cause they will need it for awhile and cant figure out whats wrong. In past have stuck me in a chrystler 200!! Really bought the truck for stupid amount to make living not try to stick welder in truck of a car. I thank her. And for the salesman he informed me he would find me another truck to replace this lemon then came back and started saying the loan on a new truck would have to go under my dad instead. Tho i already had a loan on this new 2018 ram. He is not very smart and i would never recomend chickasha byford to anyone!! Prob gonna turn to filing it lemon thru the lemon law it looks like.

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.

I bought a Pacifica for my wife and the sales manager, Marcus made us a few verbal promises. Unfortunately he/the dealership will NOT keep their word and honor their promises. Very disappointing because up until this point my opinion of them was great but not any more. Its too bad that they have lost us as customers over something that probably costs them less than $150... But if you cannot keep your word, why would I want to do business with you ever again and why would I do anything besides warn others to stay away?
