I am sure some people have good experiences with this Co. But if your anything like me, Please be careful!! Yeah, I have poor credit, not much to put down. But that is why I chose this dealership. They advertise (Zero down, 99% approvals, bad Credit/No Credit ok). I filled out a credit app. and I was sent a text that I was pre-approved for the car I wanted. I still did not get my hopes up. But they still said, bring the documents listed and what time can I come pick up my car? So, I drove an hour and a half. When I got there I still felt I would not leave with the car. Yet my Salesman said "we will make a deal." Then Reality hit. They said, we need a strong co-signer or $5000 down. I knew it! I guess they thought if we just get him here, maybe he will do one of the two? I was so disappointed. I would have been so understanding if they had told me, "Look, with your situation, it's gonna be difficult." The funny thing (if you look for that) was as they shook my hand to say good-bye. They said, "Hey at least the Bank finally approved you, now you have 30 days to come back with a co-signer or $5000 and we can get you in a car... LOL...Naw, Really!!!? It was the worst experience I ever had, to go from exhilaration to total degradation was so disappointing! But good for those who's experience goes better!

All the staff were very professional in making sure they found a truck that would fit my needs and budget. Salesman Ty Cooper for no longer than has been employed in this line of work, shows that the upper management really takes and cares about training to make sure it is a quality dealership. This will make 5 or 6 trucks I've bought at Fowler and each and every experience has been good, that's why I keep going back. Honesty, if they don't feel like they can make you a deal you'll be happy with in the end, they will tell you so. Found a 03 chevy silverado on line at kyle edwards auto dealership. After speaking with a sales person, Shonte who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. I live in Kansas and the dealership is in oklahoma and they delivered it to me at no extra cost. Not many dealers out there that would do that. When I got the truck there were a couple of issues that I relayed to the manager and they were willing to help with the cost. Great group of people willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

This was my husband and my first time buying a car and we where very nervous, we have a young family- and it's scary when you think about the financial dept. your about to get yourself into. Joey and Juve were Friendly and I appreciate them coming down in the price . But whenever I got there to pick up my vehicle I was extremely upset I was told that it was ready before I even got there to pick it up assuming that they would have the car detailed. It looked like they had did a half-xxx job washing it and it definitely was not vacuumed out so now I'm going to have to pay to get that done which does not make me very happy because I feel like if you buy a vehicle from a car lot they should be willing to take care of this for you. And to top that off which makes matters even worse is I've never bought a vehicle that did not come floor mats in it. So yes that's more money that I'm going to be with out because now I have to buy floor mats so no I would never buy another vehicle from this car lot ever again. The only way that I would buy a vehicle from this again is if they would send me money to get floor mats and to pay to get it detail properly. Everytime that I bought a vehicle it is always been detailed whether it was brand new or used and it definitely had for floor mats in it.
And whenever I asked if it could be washed and cleaned before I paid money for it I was told that they had already gone home for the evening and this was around 5 in the evening whenever I came to pick up the vehicle I was like you got to be freaking kidding me if my daughter wasn't with me I probably would have went off and said something. The best experience with purchasing this vehicle was Norman thank you Norman for being so nice and so polite and kind too bad that you weren't the car salesman LOL

When my wife came to purchase a vehicle making a two-hour trip out of her way because I was told they would honor a fantastic price she ends up getting there and they have now raised the price over $600 and will not budge walking away would normally be my choice in this situation but we had a rental car that we had to drop off right next door so we were without out Transportation if we did not purchase this vehicle... and my wife would have been stuck at least an hour away from home.
I believe this lot tried to trap us into a purchase with this knowledge.
I have the screenshots showing the agreed-upon price and then all the BS messages from the salesman telling me how they can't do anything to compensate me for all the trouble in the slightest bit. It honestly would not have been hard for them to do something for me the customer to make sure I was completely satisfied especially when I was dropping all that money Straight Cash that day no financing... I honestly should have taken my money elsewhere out of principal of not getting screwed. But hindsight is 20/20
In the end the car was a decent deal but that's not the point!!
The customer service was severely lacking they made the car buying experience xxxx. They made multiple mistakes and refused to fix them even though they admitted them..
I'll make sure not to return or to refer anybody to this lot.

Don't waste your time coming here. Last 3 visits to the service department have been awful. I had service done under warranty on my car and came to pick it up and got the keys. I come back for a oil change and all of a sudden I have a deductible I was never told about. There was a gentleman with red hair and a beard that was at the desk and he offered no help. I have been trying to get a quote on brakes called several times and never got one. Asked for one at my oil change and didn't get one. I asked for it at checkout and the awful red headed guy said go ask this other guy. Waitied another 20 min just to get my quote. Awful customer service has been the last couple times. I would never ever bring my car back here if I had a choice but the dealership is the only place I've found who can change the oil. Avoid Chris Nikel at all cost. They only care about money and not customers or people in general. Awful awful building. I will make sure to spread the word about how bad we have been treated. We have purchased 4 cars from Chris nikel and get treated like this..... It's ridiculous.

After spending over a hour and finally agreeing to their advertised internet price of $4800 plus a $309 "lot fee" my salesman Jack, who is great, came back from presenting my cash offer to the Owner and the New Sales Manager and they refused the sale, and raised the price of the car to $7000.

This was the worse experience ever good thing is we didn’t purchase from these lying scandalous no good people in the finance department pushing us to purchase a brand new truck when we had said 4 times!! We were not there to purchase a new vehicle but they insisted we buy a new one then when we proceeded to get our keys they kept them from us most unprofessional experience EVER!!!!!!!! Btw do not purchase the 2013 Toyota Tacoma roof looks like it was beat with a baseball bat

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.

I bought a Pacifica for my wife and the sales manager, Marcus made us a few verbal promises. Unfortunately he/the dealership will NOT keep their word and honor their promises. Very disappointing because up until this point my opinion of them was great but not any more. Its too bad that they have lost us as customers over something that probably costs them less than $150... But if you cannot keep your word, why would I want to do business with you ever again and why would I do anything besides warn others to stay away?
