The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! - Joy C.

The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! I will be a returning customer and have already given referrals for them to so many people. Stephanie was so good with internet sales and getting me to come in. As soon as we pulled in, we were greeted by Brandy and she stayed right with us throughout the entire experience. Jason and my husband are good ol Lee County VA boys and hit it off and talked up a storm. Jim made the contract process super easy. Travis set up the Nissan app on my phone and showed us everything we needed to know inside the vehicle. Every single person that was there that day came and greeted us, shook our hands and made us feel very valued. So again, hands down, the very best car buying experience my family has EVER had! Thank you to all of you!

Despite some initial back and forth with the dealership - timothyteague

Despite some initial back and forth with the dealership and Kia-U.S. They honored the known issue of the 4 Wheel Drive coupler binding. This is the second time I have had a warranty issue and they eventually took care of all problems. The process was a bit tedious but they cam through and did the right thing and made me whole.

My name is Danny Lee. - daniellee217

My name is Danny Lee. I am a currently serving Grayson BMW as a Service Advisor and will soon migrate to Grayson Genesis. It has come to my attention that Jordan Coleman has been newly designated as the Fixed Operations Director for Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I applaud this dealer for recognizing the unmistakable quality of the asset they now have on their team. I have known Jordan for the entirety of his decorated career in the automotive industry which spans over the last 15 years. We've done and run business together in numerous facets each with our client base as the focal point in every environment thus far. We were given sage advice early on by those wiser than us. "Take care of people, and the rest will follow" has been our mantra & will continue to be so long as we are in positions to serve our communities. I am eager to see the energy and drive that Jordan brings to the table through servant-leadership cascade outward toward his new team and all those who allow them to earn their business. I can confidently say that the culture there is about to receive a potent upgrade.
