Although I was unable to complete my purchase due to unforeseen person financial issues [burst pipe in attic!] the shopping experience was GREAT. My trade and buy went smoothly with Alan. I had researched prior to visiting the dealership so I was an easy sale, however no pressure was put on me to change my mind or upsell me. Was in and out in about an hour to place an order for RAV4 Limited and kept informed on estimated delivery date. My car arrived in that window from Canada, my trade and purchase out the door in about three hours. That included driving and some simple training on the new car, with instructions to call if I needed help. It was overall a very pleasant experience!
