Both of these individuals were extremely professional and very knowledgeable of what I wanted (Jeep Gladiator) and would occasionally "check in" with me (it took me a while to pull the trigger on the purchase). Both Donovan and Tiric treated me as a friend as opposed to a customer and that went a long way with me. There were 2 dealerships closer to where I live, offering similar packages, but I felt very comfortable with Donovan and Tiric and I decided I was going to stick with them, no matter what other deals I found. I'm satisfied with my Gladiator and I am equally satisfied I had a chance to work with Donovan and Tiric
