Number one I trust Curt Poore whom my son Jeff Nutt had informed me that Curt was trustworthy, a christian person and businessman that he had ultimate respect. Curt introduced me to Tyler Jones who was such a joy to work with and helping introduce me to the vehicles I tried out.
I now on day 4 of my purchase am getting to experience the first class treatment for service as a check engine light came on and they have me in a loaner until fixed.
It was a great buying experience to deal with James Hodge Motors. Curt introduced me to Jay Hodge whom I had seen many times at the gym but did not know him and now I met him in Walgreen's a couple of days ago and he wanted to know how I was liking my new vehicle. Class run organization!!

Morris's Tompkins was are salesman for me and my wife's new vehicle, he took the time to go over every detail inside and out on our new vehicle even helping us to set up the little thing like registering our vehicles through the Sxm Guardian system. And also to be noted me and my wife are from Houston and my father recommend me to come down to Plano Tx to do business with them and I have to say it was all worth it.
And also when the other salesmen by the name of Adam help me with my initial process on locate my truck so even though he was in my final salesman she actually took the time to locate my truck I would highly recommend this place to buy a new or used vehicle.

The only problem is that I thought I was supposed to have free oil changes. This was the first oil change in my new car and I had to pay for it. Also, I had to pay for the tire rotation. Can you please advise on this.
Also, I did have to buy a new tire at a Firestone in San Antonio during the Thanksgiving Holidays, and I have the Tire Protection plan. I contacted 2 Jeep Dealers and no one had the tire I needed in stock. So that's why I wen to Fire Stone. It was the right back passenger tire, and there was a small piece of rubber torn off and the coils were exposed. They said I may have hit the corner of a curb. So I need to know if I need to send in my receipt to the information listed on the paperwork. Please advise

Transmission shifted hard in first gear, then check engine light came on. Truck under warranty so took it to the Don Davis service department for service. Very pleased with the service, professionalism of staff, and how quickly they solved the issue. Also appreciate the use of a loaner vehicle. I will definitely go to Don Davis again for service.

We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!

My car needed service so I called Gulf Gate Jeep and Dodge and talked to Steven Hernandez, he made my appointment and I after work I went and dropped it off.
When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by someone at the service department who opened my door and asked how he could assist me, I told him I had an appointment with Steven Hernandez and he showed me right to his desk.
Upon meeting Steven he was very welcoming and very attentive to what I was saying was wrong with my car, after a while he took my information and said he’d get my car fixed as fast as possible.
I had an issue with one of the batteries in my car that controlled the start/stop function and the automatic start.
A day later Steven called me and told me my car was ready for pickup! I was so happy that it was fixed so fast!
If you ever need service please please PLEASE go and see Steven Hernandez, he will take very good care of you!!
