He was professional, patient, and answered all my questions (which were quite a few). He also took pictures and videos of the truck and sent them to me. That's when I decided to drive to Brinson Ford. When I arrived to see the truck it was ready for me to check out and drive. I decided to purchase the truck, which was immaculate. The entire process of purchasing my truck from Brinson Ford was great!

Joseph Gonzalez in service is amazing! My son bought his truck in August and it had a chipped windshield. The two guys that worked together to sell the truck had no idea what they were doing regarding getting the windshield replaced. I spoke to Joseph at the gym and he immediately helped us rectify the problem and get a new windshield. Jospeh is a beast in the gym like he’s a beast in customer service at the dealership. This guy lifts more weight than anyone I’ve ever seen at the gym! I swear I think he’s a superhero in his spare time! I’d definitely buy another vehicle from Autonation if Joseph is an indication of the excellent service!
