Overall service is very good. The service representatives are friendly and open. They care about the customers. I wish they could honor multiple promotions in one service altogether. That will reduce the customer’s visits to the shop. Also, I would recommend to be open about the shuttle fees that is charged as shop fee in the final invoice.

My car service was completed and I failed to respond to the text message because I fell asleep waiting. This could have been avoided if Elizabeth came to update me in person.

I was working with Nate on a used vehicle. We came to an agreement on price and he said he was sending a payment link for the down payment and Docusign for the vehicle. After a few hours and not receiving anything I reached back out. At that time I was told they had sold it to someone else. I called the slimy Internet Sales Manager and he claimed we never had a deal. Lies, lies lies. Someone came in and they probably made an extra dollar. He then tied to sell me another truck!! typical used car salesman

We just purchased a new Subaru from Scoggin-Dickey in Lubbock. Our salesman Buzzy usually sells on the Chevy/Buick side. But we SPECIFICALLY asked for Buzzy, especially since this is the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased from Buzzy. And, they’re delivering it to the house on a truck. We totaled the Buick we purchased from Buzzy thanksgiving night hitting a deer at 70, and had to return the rental car on Friday. Thanks again Buzzy and Scoggin-Dickey !!

Set up a time with Chrissy met her early inspected vehicle took drive made cash offer and finished paperwork exactly as shown in posting with no changes or additions. Chrissy and all staff I met were friendly and helpful. I have a few days for closer look by my mechanic but expect no hiccups. Thanks for a fast and pleasant transaction 5/24/25.

Highly recommend!!! By far the BEST dealership I’ve ever been to. From the start we were was greeted by very friendly staff. Ram Vega was assigned to us. He was very attentive to my wants in my next vehicle. He showed my husband and I the ones we were interested in. I was between two vehicles. He asked me questions to help decide on which one I loved the most. Ram also gave us the time we needed to make the best decision, he was not pushy at all. Once the vehicle was decided, we went in to start talking numbers. Ram matched us up with Matt Xie the Finance Director. Matt was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to make the numbers work for us. During this whole process the GM Eliel Ramirez came and greeted us to make sure we were taken care of. I will ONLY shop here to buy my vehicles.

After driving the Subaru for a few days or weeks, the owner can ask important questions not evident at the time of purchase. Do you know any other car dealership who does this? On 2-1-24, I met with Sierra Watson, who helped me to understand how StarLink and Apple CarPlay contribute to ownership of the Subaru. Now I realize the benefits of setting up a Driver Profile and accessing the My Subaru app. For over two hours, Ms. Watson patiently explained features, eliminated confusion, and increased my overall enjoyment of owning this 2024 vehicle.
