I can not say enough about this dealership. I am delayed in writing my review but by far made the car buying process simple and hassle free. I inquired about a van online and scheduled an appointment to test drive. Antoine my sales rep called while we were on our way to confirm. Upon arrival he had the van ready and waiting for me to test drive. We made the decision to proceed with purchase. I have now had the van for 3 almost 4 months and am just as pleased with it as the day I left. My sales rep Antoine was absolutely amazing and followed up just to see how things were going. Again I can not say enough about Antoine and the entire staff everyone had a smile and just made the car buying experience a pleasure instead of something you dread. THANK YOU RICHMOND FORD WEST!!!!

I had a water leak in the roof of my F350 truck. Your service advisor, Stacey Arnold, on very short notice, got me in to see the "water doctor" who fixed the problem! She went out of her way to get my problem fixed ASAP, as I live in my camper and travel a lot pulling my camper with my F350. I have never owned a Ford before, but I must tell you I am impressed with the truck I have now. I have pulled my fifth wheel camper across country twice and your truck has been more than impressive in handling all types of terrain and weather! KUDO"S to Ford trucks and your service advisor, Stacey Arnold!!!
The only recommendation that I can make is that you have more people qualified to fix water leaks at Shelor motor mile. For someone like me, who has no garage or shelter to put a vehicle under to protect from the rain, I cannot wait for a week or more to get it fixed.

We recently bought a Ford Focus here. I generally avoid going car shopping with my husband because I so much despise the high pressure sales that you typically get when visiting a dealership. There was none of that here. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating without being at all pushy. Well Doug, one of their associates, called me 10 minutes later as we were to head out of town and came back. We said we wanted a NO SMOKING car and when looked into another vehicle he immediately told us not to even look at the vehicle as it reeked of cigarettes. I bought a 2015 Audi last Friday with no report regarding any damages or issues. When I test drove the vehicle it was raining and there was a sale sticker that was covering a crack on the windshield. The next morning, once I had already purchased the vehicle, I noticed the crack. I emailed the Koons sales associate immediately and was invited to come back to the dealership for inspection. Additionally, I noticed a substantial oil leak below the vehicle this past weekend. Today they worked on oil leak but refused to fix windshield crack with the explanation that the car has passed inspection. Therefore, be careful there as I had a very poor experience there.

after extensive searching on the web and 2 months of looking for a new F250 i was happy to find a nice lariet F250 with all the options i wanted at a good price of $57k. i called, spoke with a salesman whom confirmed the availability of the vehical. i told him i lived 4 hrs away so i need to know what the final out the door price would be , he would get with his manager . they called back the next day and told with a price of $67k, when i asked why the huge jump in price his response was, "well your not a First responder are you". So any of you 1st responders out there dont forget to get your $10k discount.

I had recently purchased a used Focus from another dealer, which in 3 weeks transmission parts went out. I returned it to there for service and they said "cant reproduce problem, sorry". The next day it did the same thing and I had it towed to Sheehy Springfield. I called and spoke with "Aimee". Not only did she reassure me, she said they WOULD find the issue and fix it. I was so upset, and she managed to calm me down with her knowledge, kindness, and caring ways. They said my car was notorious for this transmission issue and it would take until Friday to fix. Aimee knew I was in a rental car, and it was done by Wednesday!! I also met with "Bob" the Service Manager. He took his time to meet with me and explain certain things about pricing. Hats off to Aimee had I not had her as my representative, I would have probably just sat there crying!!
