Joey was doing work on my dads car and mine. He did the interior and exterior coating on my dads car and it looks amazing! He did the window tinting on my car and I could not be happier with it, it looks great! He was very good to us, he made sure everything was taken care of regarding rental cars for the both of us and did just an overall wonderful job! I must praise the individuals at Richmond Ford Lincoln. I have been looking to buy my first car for a while now, and dreading it slightly. I have been looking around other dealership and finally visited Richmond Ford Lincoln. It was a wonderful experience. First, I did not feel pressure to buy immediately. There was no pushing or heckling to purchase a car while I was there. Brandon worked to find the car that was the perfect fit for me, and he did a wonderful job. Matt then helped with financing and did an equally great job. Both gentlemen were very patient and thoughtful as I took my time looking at cars and asking many questions. I shopped several dealers in the Richmond area to make sure I was getting a good deal. I found it frustrating trying to understand other dealers approach - they obviously did things that were not necessarily dishonest, but somewhat manipulative. They didn't want to explain, they didn't want me to be sure.
JB has a simple approach, and I understood what he was offering. For this, I would have paid a little more, but our price ended up a little lower than the other dealers.

We purchased a used car at Eddins and found the experience very good. Buying a car is not on my list of favorite things to do, it is probably closer to how some people view going to the dentist. But to my surprise, this wasn't the case. We had found a used car on-line that we were interested in and contacted Eddins. Ashley quickly got back with us and we made an appointment to see the car. Ashley had the car ready for us to look at and test drive (she had it inside out of the mist falling that day). We liked it and decided to buy if we could get the right price. Ashley worked with us on that in a very relaxed manner (no pressure) and met the price expectations that we could all agree on. I didn't feel we had to get in a haggling mode to get a reasonable deal which I appreciated because that is part of what I don't like about buying a car. Ashley took us in to see Georgie to get the finances taken care of. Again, there was no pressure , she was very kind and patient, very pleasant to deal with. After that Ashley patiently showed us all the features of the car before sending us on our way with the promise that we be sure to contact her if we ever have any questions. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. The people were all super pleasant to work with. Thanks!

Janet and Tom at Duncan Ford did a great job from the moment I called to the moment I drove away in a Mitsubishi Spyder Eclipse. I was interested in a specific car and they didn't try to sell me something else. I had arranged my financing in advance but they were able to save me money with different financing. They answered all of my questions about the car, thoroughly explained the warranty, and even accommodated a couple of special requests that I made ... such as washing and vacuuming my old Spyder that I was selling to someone else. I am very pleased with the transaction and recommend Duncan to anyone looking for a car.

After 3 trips to Harrisonburg Ford and many more to other dealers, sonething kept bringing us back. That "something" was that the sales associates we worked with, Heather and Justin, we professional, personable, easy going, and knowledgeable. No matter what questions we had, no question went unanswered. We were shown a few options for the style we were looking for, shown all the info on each model, then finally chose an Explorer. Justin worked extremely hard at working a deal that worked for us and Heather did a great job getting all the paper work together. Great working with yall!

The sales staff plays no games in the sales process. Info is given up front and options are discussed about vehicles on the lot and that is did not see what was wanted could get that vehicle of one that was very close. All discounts were discussed and their was no gamesmanship on the pricing. This has been the case on my 3 purchases from them.

The dealership is huge with a large inventory and friendly low-pressure sales people. Probably the biggest mistake we made was telling them how long we had looked for this specific model/configuration that they had in stock. Right out of the gate, they would not honor the WRITTEN offer they gave us, and jacked the price up by $2,000, stating it was due to rebates/incentives we weren't qualified for, but turns out the rebates/incentives they were talking about weren't even applicable to the model we were buying. They had us over a barrel knowing how badly we wanted that specific car and they took advantage. We will not return here for a vehicle purchase and will avoid them for service as well.
