My husband and I have been searching for an upgrade for our minivan, our minivan did serve us with everything we need except roomier space. With four daughters all but one is in either a car seat or booster seat, room in a vehicle is squished. We had our hearts on a suburban, and because I had bought my mini van from Sheehy, I was determined to buy a suburban from Sheehy. I found one online, but it did not have an entertainment package, my van did, and with road trips and four small children it is a necessity. However, I had gotten a call from La'Quisha, and she assured me that they can install a DVD system in any vehicle, so we set forth to get the Suburban that I picked out. They met us at the dealership with the Suburban because it was at another one, and Crystal did everything she could to accommodate us- including feeding the children a meatball sub. They went up and beyond what a normal car dealership would do, and I'm a Sheehy customer for life! Thank you Crystal

I was looking to special order a Raptor and I refused to pay the premium that most dealers were asking over MSRP. Not only was Myers Ford willing to offer a very fair price but they only charge a $99 processing fee, which most VA dealerships are asking $699 or more. I worked with Lisa Good and Kelly Brown all by phone and email since i live almost 2 hours away in Richmond. The whole process was simple and and they kept me informed every step of the way. I literally spoke with dozens of dealerships before i found Myers and they earned my business hands down. A lot of people hate car buying because of pushy aggressive sales people but you won't find that here. They treat you like family. I highly recommend them and will refer them to everyone.

Great dealership, time is valuable to everyone this day & age. For me efficiency is key, when I contacted Seth about a vehicle he was prompt in his responses and listened to my very specific needs. Once I spoke to Seth I filled an app out online, had the deal setup prior to arrival (living 2+hrs away) so that me & my family (which includes an active 2 yr old) could get in and out of the dealership efficiently. Patrick had the lender & dmv paperwork prepared upon our arrival. Seth had the vehicle clean and waiting with a full tank of gas! Talk about efficient customer service with a friendly atmosphere! I bought a 2015 Audi last Friday with no report regarding any damages or issues. When I test drove the vehicle it was raining and there was a sale sticker that was covering a crack on the windshield. The next morning, once I had already purchased the vehicle, I noticed the crack. I emailed the Koons sales associate immediately and was invited to come back to the dealership for inspection. Additionally, I noticed a substantial oil leak below the vehicle this past weekend. Today they worked on oil leak but refused to fix windshield crack with the explanation that the car has passed inspection. Therefore, be careful there as I had a very poor experience there.
