I have been taking my car to Hart Nissan for many years for maintenance and service and I'm consistently delighted with the results. I have a dedicated service advisor, Rebakah Stevens, who is outstanding. She routinely takes me for a "walk around" the car with the technician to identify any problems and then a second time before I leave to verify that I'm satisfied with the work. I particularly appreciate the fact that they do not try to sell me anything that is not necessary to keep the car operating smoothly. Knowing that Rebekah has my back and that the service technicians do such good work makes doing business with Hart Nissan a great experience.

After my rather harsh but honest review last week concerning a safety inspection concern and ultimately getting a replacement part under warranty which I learned was offered by Martin, I wanted to leave a second one. Long story short, the replacement part led to another issue in which I could not lock my doors manually. After some miscommunication during a phone call, the issue was fixed which I truly appreciate. Thank you to Martin and the Service Manager for ultimately taking care of my vehicle.

I made an appointment at Bayside Ford, King George, VA to determine if they would be willing to match an estimate to reattach a few inside panels on my 2023 Explorer. The panels had been removed by another dealership. About an hour into the visit the Technician (Brandon) asked my wife and I to look at the car. He had replaced the panels I asked about, and fixed an issue with another panel he noticed, and fixed one of the overhead lights. My wife and I expected to make an appointment to return, Brandon saved us time and made our day. We are thrilled with the service and would recommend Bayside because of this experience!

Ragina was amazing and so was Ms Doyle from the parts department. I never experience this type of service before from no Benz service department. Ragina went far and beyond to ensure I was talking care of and that the loaner was ready. I can’t say enough how wonderful they both was. I drove all the way from Woodbridge to have my vehicle serviced it took me 1hour and 30 min. I’m going to make that trip again when I need the service. I’m a retired solder and they both took care of me. Job well done…
