Casey Volkswagen is consistently a great place to have my car fixed. I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and they identified an issue with my head gasket and were able to get it resolved in two days, saving me a much larger and more expensive repair in the future. I especially want to highlight my service advisor, Damian. From the second I walked in he kept me as informed as possible about what was going on with my vehicle. Despite being very busy, he checked in with me frequently and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the maintenance being performed. Finally, after learning that I was going on a road trip soon, he gave me thoughtful recommendations on services to help ensure my car was safe. Damian made what could have been a stressful and expensive visit incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service.

Would give zero stars if I could. 2019 CR-V with a clean carfax, but two days later has so many issues that my mechanic believes it was flooded and traded in without being fixed. Oil leak that is unexplainable, brand new tires wont hold air, passenger window has electrical issues and won't roll up or down properly, rims have rust on them, and the list goes on. Dealership refuses to take the car back, manager is never "there" when car is brought in for return, etc. The owner, Lithia, is not forthcoming that they are not the same as the local priority dealerships, and they refuse to answer our respond to phone calls from lawyers. Absolutely do not do business with them! Especially if you are elderly or on a fixed income. They simply do not care as long as they get your money!

I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously - A dupe once

I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously having had good experience with their service department. I was sorely disappointed with their overblown estimates for work I have since found was not required. The work they did do was extremely sloppy and transmission fluid after a flush has been found all over the underbelly of my car. Dripping on my garage floor for the last few weeks putting my dogs at risk is the worst thing I can say about them though. I would never recommend them!
