I contacted Bomnin Cadillac in Homestead after seeing a car listed online for $91,000. When they called me to follow up on my inquiry, they told me the car had a specific option I was looking for — which turned out to be a lie just to get me in the door. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and showed up ready to buy. I spent over two hours at the dealership, giving them every chance to honor the price they advertised despite the lie about the option and despite trying to change the price from 91k to 105k!! After all that time, they came back with, “The best we can do is $97,000” — a $6,000 increase from the online price, with no reasonable explanation other than vague fees and made-up costs. So disrespectful and dishonest. It was a classic bait-and-switch and a complete waste of my time. They showed no respect for me as a serious buyer, and I will not be doing business with them. I drove 45 min there and waster hours. If you value honesty and don’t want to be misled, avoid this dealership. I walked out and won’t be back and I’ll be warning others to do the same.

I contacted Naveed Kanchwala from the finance department, and he informed me that an additional tax was added without notifying me. This feels like theft being committed by the finance office. I will be reaching out to the owners of this dealership soon, as I believe they are unaware of what is happening. He simply provides us with the necessary information and lets us make our own decision. However, he does provide us with a recommendation if requested.
