Overall, I’ve had good experiences with Toyota service, but this visit had a few areas that could definitely be improved. The main issue was a lack of transparency around timing. I had an appointment and expected the service to take around 1–2 hours (as it has at other dealerships), but it ended up taking about 3.5 hours. There wasn’t clear communication on the delay, which made planning difficult. If the dealership is at capacity, it would be helpful to either communicate that upfront or limit appointments accordingly so expectations are set properly. The waiting area could also use some attention. There were multiple people playing audio out loud on their phones, and it didn’t seem like there was any effort to keep the space comfortable for everyone. On top of that, there was a very strong smell from the Subway inside the dealership that carried throughout the waiting area, which made the wait less pleasant than it needed to be. That said, I do want to recognize Francheska, who did what she could to help expedite things and was very helpful throughout the process. With better communication on timing and a more managed waiting environment, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Outstanding buying experience. Went there on Sunday April 12th to look at buying a new car. Lou Mazzaro (my salesperson) and Gary Catalanotto (Sales Manager) were awesome. No high pressure. No games. Just did what they could to help me purchase my new car. In over 50 years of car buying, it was probably my best car buying experience ever! Went back the next day to put a deposit on the car (it hasn't been delivered to the dealership yet). By the way, a spectacular facility. Really nicely done. Can't wait to take delivery of my car and to being a long term customer. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral. Update - picked up my new car yesterday. What a terrific experience. My salesman Lou Mazzaro was incredible. So customer service focused. Really made the entire experience special. Gary Catalanotto was so helpful updating me along the way as I was awaiting delivery of the car. At the time of the delivery, dealt with a number of other people in the dealership - all A+ professionals. The coolest part was when they take the time to walk you through all the features and functions of the vehicle. This is definitely a different kind of dealership. They clearly care about their customers!

I’ve been buying cars from Earl Stewart for over 20 years. They are absolutely the best. In fact, I now live near Tampa and purchased my 2026 RAV4 PHEV XSE from Earl Stewart and drove for 3.5 hours each way because they are so good. This is the 6th new car purchased from them. The dealerships near Tampa were not on board with remove their dealership fees (some are $1800) and Earl never charges that. The red phone which connects directly to Earl or one of his sons (all managers), all the customer to resolve any issues they think they have with sales or service, by speaking directly with the people in charge. Truly they are the most customer focused dealership I’ve ever used. This company is the only company I follow on Facebook. Here are four people who will treat you right from the start to finish; Josh Stewart, Jason Lady, Matt Yufit, Steven Silverstein, Laura Wolford and for service Randy Deppen.

I always use this location for my service appointments and yesterday was by far the least communication and awful service I’ve ever received. I had to reach out to the advisor I usually use just to get updates on my vehicle that was sitting around waiting to know what I wanted to do about an issue it had. Scott is by far the worst advisor I’ve ever come across at this location. No communication AT ALL from drop off to pick up. When I was dropping the car off he was too worried about how he dropped his phone instead of getting my number down for contact. When picking up my vehicle, I arrived at his desk and instead of immediately greeting me, he decided to keep tapping his mouth to his co workers as if it was lunch time. Monster cans and crackers all over his desk. Just in all very unprofessional compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past. It’s a great location just some people need to be weeded out.
