Even when we were being a little flaky during the process, she stayed patient, kept communicating, and never made us feel pressured. The moment the exact car we wanted got traded in, she called us right away to let us know what info she did have on it. What really stood out was how genuine and down-to-earth she was — no sales gimmicks, just straight-up honest, person-to-person communication. I was becoming very discouraged when I stumbled on Jason Alt and Tom Kelley Cadillac. They treated me with respect, answered my questions, didn't try to sneak in any additional things I didn't ask for and delivered a pristine car at a more than fair price. This is my regular dealer for car maintenance on my 2019 Jetta. For this visit specifically, my start button wouldn’t turn over the engine and my dash lights went crazy. I called the service line explained what I was seeing, and Justin had me come to the dealer for a battery test asap. I had 9% remaining (I’d gotten 7 years out of the original battery) and he was able have it replaced same day. This was a huge relief because I had a lot of places to go this week & didn’t want to chance a third instance of not getting the car to start. I am very appreciative of Justin and his calm, friendly, efficient assistance. Thank you!
