So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best. Big thank you to Kevin Guthe. As for the other guys taking my vehicle and transporting me to and from the dealership, you'll are the best. Thank you'll for making my experience a good one. Fantastic experience, great people. Extremely helpful and willing to work you. Never once did we feel pressured to buy. Our salesman Jamel was so friendly and eager to help with any questions or concerns. He made sure that the car we bought was going to be just how we wanted it. The finance dept was also very good. The gentleman who help us was great. We never felt pushed to get or buy anything additional that we didn't want. Overall we had a great experience at Ourisman Honda of Laurel. We will recommend it to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. We would also definitely buy from them again.

Cross posted on Google. The experience was too good not to share again. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. If you do your research on models and pricing, they will be competitive on pricing. I spoke with 3 other Baltimore dealers (including one where I have spent $75k at in the last 10 years) about purchasing a 2026 Accord SE over a weeks time frame. I made it clear that I wanted the best out the door price in the first communication. Anderson was the only dealer to do this. In fact, they actually asked me what price I wanted to pay out the door and met it immediately (I did my research as stated earlier). The only caveat was if they couldn't get the Military rebate from Honda, the price would be $500 higher. I already knew I didn't qualify for the rebate as I didn't meet the prerequisites but wanted to check as the other three dealers all said they got me the rebate (the other lied and took that $500 from somewhere else). Obviously, I didn't qualify so it was $500 more which I was comfortable with. The final price was exactly where I told the other dealers I needed to be at but none of them could get that low (according to them). Almost all of the communication was done via text with my salesman Jim Middleton. He didn't bombard me with texts or calls, he was respectful of my time and wishes. We agreed on price and I scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork ( I live 2.5 hours from the dealer). When I arrived, the paperwork was ready, as was the car. We completed the paperwork and then Jim took me out to sit in the car and go over all the features. He took his time and made sure I was clear on all functions of the vehicle. We went back inside and I went to Nate's (Finance Manager) office to discuss additional packages for the car. This was not your normal discussion as there were no high pressure sales tactics or attempts to coerce me into purchasing anything. Nate explained each of the options, gave me the price, and answered all of my questions. I did purchase a package from them at a good rate. This was definitely not your typical Finance Manager interaction. I did contact all of the previous dealers to let the know I purchased a car somewhere else. I didn't say where or what price I paid, but did let them know they were about $1k over the price I paid, and that my price was met almost instantaneously. 2 of the dealers then asked me to show them the quote and they would meet it or beat it. So, they couldn't give me the price I was at upfront, but when I was purchasing somewhere else, they suddenly could find the money to do it? What a joke. They tried to play me and then realized that they were losing a sale opportunity, so now my price was important to them. GTFO. Let me say this, if you aren't buying from Anderson Honda, then you are making a huge mistake. They are the most customer oriented dealership I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From top to bottom, this dealership is professional and made it worth the 2.5 hour drive to deal with them.

Great experience, This is my 6th Honda from Safford Browns Honda. Rob Haskell was fantastic. Lamont and Mike were very helpful He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and made sure he answered all our questions. Carol in Finance was very knowledge and did a wonderful job make sure we understood the financial side of our purchase. Everything went smoothy and we got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. A fantastic team. Definitely would recommend to others!!

Five years ago we bought a car from you folks. In October I walked in and asked if my salesperson of five years ago was still employed. The sales manager said he was off that day however another sales person would help me. We looked at the inventory, came back in and the sales manager in my opinion started to badger me about price etc. Left the sales person standing there. Finally had enough and left. Came back a week later and our original sales person was there. Told him flat out we, as my wife was there, didn't want to deal with the sales manager. MARCUS took care of us and we bought a new car. We came back a couple of days later as MARCUS said he would explain the various settings. Talk about customer service! Because of MARCUS a five star review! Financing through Honda at the dealership is another story.

My family just purchased 4 vehicles form Hertrich Honda and Kia. They make car buying so easy. I really appreciate the patience that these salesman have. I can say I wasn't the best at knowing what I wanted. Instead of these gentlemen becoming upset or rude they were the complete opposite. Just this week, my battery was dead just as my wife and I were scheduled to go out-of town the next day. In a half-panic state I contacted Nelson Mejia who worked efficiently and seamlessly to set up an appointment to receive my car as soon as it was "jump started" and at Herson's; he monitored the repair progress; moved up my maintenance schedule date at my request to ensure that the car was in good working condition for next day and got the car back to us by early noon and so we did not have to abort our travel plans. Do not use the Apple Honda Service Center. - Extremely Upset Customer

Do not use the Apple Honda Service Center. With the recent change in ownership to Apple Honda, the Service Department can no longer be trusted not to cheat you. I have been using the O'Donnell Honda Service Center since 1997. I noticed an oil leak from the front of my car and took it in to be looked at in December 2025. I had heard that the ownership had changed from O'Donnell to Apple the previous month. My expectations were still high that I would receive the same level and quality of service that I had been receiving over the past 28 years. I even asked my Service Advisor, Jayden Clarida if there were any issues since the change in ownership, and he assured me that everything was the same as it was when it was under O'Donnell. Needless to say, it was not. Jayden provided me with an estimate which included a lot more things than I expected and a price that I was not expecting. He pulled me aside and said he was going to give me a $200 discount. I said ok. He wanted me to leave my car there as they did not have one of the parts that they would have to order. I said no but scheduled to come back in on Saturday. I didn't quite trust the guy, so I asked him to give me a copy of the estimate that he had written up which included his $200 discount. He gave me a copy. I came back on Saturday, turned over my car and waited. When the car was ready, he came up to me and said do you remember the discount I said that I would give you. I am like why are you asking me and yes, I have a copy of the estimate that you provided in my bag in case you don't. He then tells me, I can't give you that high of a discount are you ok with that. I am like why didn't you tell me that before the service was performed. By then I already knew that I would never be coming back to Apple Honda for anything. I paid and left. When I got home, I went back over the receipt to see the discounted amount. I saw nothing. I called the dealership on Monday and asked Jayden where I could find the discount on the recipe. He first told me that "I didn't so much as apply a discount, I hid some numbers. I saved you money. I lowered the labor rates." I then asked whether the numbers listed on the detailed receipt were accurate because based on what he was telling me they were made up which didn't sound legal to me. He then proceeds to tell me that he did apply a discount and it should show up as "-$125" on the receipt. It did not. Then finally (8 minutes into the call) he tells me, "I made a mistake, by not putting a discount on your bill." I asked him what he was going to do about it. He said he couldn't do anything because the bill was closed. I asked to speak to his manager. He drops me in his manager's voicemail. I then left a very long message with his manager. I waited to hear back from the manager. After calling one of the Apple owners (Ned Doetsch) and leaving a message and speaking with the Honda Finance Department to understand whether they were just making up numbers to put on the bill, I was able to speak to the Service Department Manager. He applied a discount, not the originally agreed upon amount. But, I don't believe that he, Jayden, and the Doetsch family understand the implications and impact that Jayden's actions can and will have on their business. If I can't trust the Service Advisers, how can I trust anything related to the services provided. And, if the Service Department is like this, I have to assume that the Car Dealership is the same. Dishonesty will get you nowhere. You just lost a loyal customer who has been with you for 28 years. I rather take my chance with any other service center. Apple Honda Service Center cannot be trusted. And, if you use AI, you will see that it is saying that the Service Center performance has fallen since the new ownership has taken over.

I initially left a review because I was experiencing multiple issues with my tires and extremely poor customer service. I later received a call back as a result of that review, but unfortunately, the experience only confirmed my concerns. During my interactions, I was talked over, hung up on, and ultimately not serviced at all. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect was unacceptable. Martin Romero is easily one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Based on this experience, I highly recommend that you do not bring your car here. 0 out of 10 — do not recommend.
