The manager and service manager were awesome! Went out of their way to help us! We were out of town camping and our truck broke down and they kept in touch with us as we waited for the tow truck (they refused to tow our truck). Went through On Star for tow truck. They took great care of me while I waited at their dealership for my husband to come with truck and tow truck. Ended up unhooking battery to bring it in and it was a computer virus. But the care and service by the people there was outstanding. I would recommend them to everyone!

I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!
