Sales Manager Lamore Merchant was the best! Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. Allowed me to leave a deposit and come back the next day for another test drive. The only negative about the process was the extremely long wait time for all aspects of the transaction to happen. Perhaps this was because I was there on the last day of the month and it was very busy. Otherwise......I was very pleased.

For any car purchasing needs at this dealership, please looking for sales representative John, he's helpful & honest that treat customer with respect and understanding. He explains everything upfront & transparent, not like the some other sales you see on internet reviews that try to fool you. Also, he's very helpful and responsive during the whole purchasing process as well , including when you need post-delivery / post-buying servicing. 5 stars for John, again, contact him if you want a great car buying experience!

Without much luck, I have been looking to purchase a second Jeep Grand Cherokee for some months. I was looking for a jeep that had pretty specific features. I had been searching all the usual web sites, including that of the route 130 dealership. Out of the blue, Kevin Dunn called me expressing a desire to acquire my 2020 jeep (which only has 38000 miles). When all was said and done, I found myself purchasing a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee with all the features I had been looking for, and at the price was willing to pay. Kevin, the Sales managers and finance were easy to work with. That’s what I call a great buying experience.

Easiest car I ever bought, and got a very good deal. Totally satisfied. He gave you his cell number, and he said call me at any time with any questions. He was wonderfully prepared for closing. He had prepared thoroughly for a large mass of paperwork, that accompanies buying a car, and it was so easy. A brief explanation and then, "sign here, initial here.." and then on to the next document. All questions were answered, but he made it easy.......you won't regret him as your salesman. Promise.
