I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.

That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. We were greeted at the door and immediately assigned a salesman. He did not pressure us but listened to what we were interested in and answered all of our questions. The showroom was very clean as was the restroom. They had a variety of models in the showroom that we could sit in out of the elements. Justin was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Subaru models and after purchasing our outback he took the time to sit in the car with us to explain all of the features and even programmed our phones with Apple CarPlay.

My mom recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek from RC Lacy. My mom and I visited the showroom about 3 months ago and were helped by Jake Robinson. Jake was incredibly helpful during the process. I told him that we were very early in the buying process and we were checking out other vehicles in the sub compact SUV line. He answered all of my questions. My mom was recovering from an injury and let me take a test drive. At the end, he did not give me any hard sales pitch. My mom is 83 and is confused by a lot of the technology on the new cars. When we finished researching other vehicles and she was recovered and ready to purchase, she went in on her own because ! live 100 miles away. Jake spent time and was very patient and showed her how to operate everything on the Crosstrek and then she called me with more questions. She went in 2 more times and Jake once again did the same. She purchased the Crosstrek and has been very happy. Me too. Living far from my mom, it was nice to know that she was in very good hands. Thanks Jake
