This review is for who I'm calling "the hardest working man in sales," Jeremy Brumley. I have to say that I was pretty particular with what I wanted and needed time to think things through, and he patiently waited for me to make up my mind while not forgetting about my interest in the vehicle. Also, I checked with several dealerships and Jeremy/Toyota of North Austin ended up giving me the best deal. I have no complaints and was pleasantly surprised with the process. Definitely don't be intimidated because of all the salespeople "hungrily" waiting in the parking lot. I was worried that I'd made the wrong choice when I pulled up and saw them all standing out there, but Jeremy was very down to earth and it ended up being alright. Thumbs up for the finance guy, Q Jones, too for explaining everything and making that process smooth. Q and Jeremy were there with me until about 10 pm finishing all my paperwork and getting me on the road in my new car. So, again, you can't go wrong with Toyota of North Austin's sales process, especially if you deal with Jeremy.
