Big, beautiful deals must be closed by the use of a big, beautiful pen. Who's gonna do it? You? You - Jen Flammia? Quite simply put, Jen is the gift that keeps on giving with her thoughtful, comprehensive, and comedic approach to selling cars. She deserves a corner office, seats in the new bill's stadium and a raise! My review from when we purchased back in 2024... 5-star car buying experience start to finish! Our IDE Honda sales consultant, Jennifer Flammia, got us into a like new 2022 AWD Honda Pilot Special Edition, black on black with only 18k miles! She was friendly, positive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny, no pressure, and did i mention funny?! We were smiling and laughing the entire time. It was the opposite of going to the dentist. Try keeping a straight face when she busts out that big pen lol. Jenn with 2 n’s didn’t try to ride along with us on the test drive, which we appreciated. Instead, she just slapped a tag on the car, gave us a concise but thorough orientation to key features and said “go play, meet me back at my desk when you are done!” Jenn got us way more than we expected for our trade and even got the sales manager (Al G) to throw in the ASM, if you know you know. We opted for the cargo mat as well for full floor protection. When it came to delivery day, which oh btw she came in on friday, her day off, to deliver the car so we didn’t have to wait over the wkend, Jenn thought of everything. I liken it to being a highly rated uber driver who provides complimentary amenities to their clients or being an airbnb superhost. She had replacement velcro for our ezpass and a bottle opener on the keyfob - know your customer!! Business manager (Gerry) was great too. Got us a discount on no-deductible 6 year bumper-bumper extension and 7 years tire/wheel package from date of purchase. Total peace of mind at a reasonable price!

After being cheated out of thousands of dollars by Vision Hyundai of Webster, I was given a 5-year contract for free oil changes as a (VERY SMALL) token apology. . .which the general manager, Rob Cammilleri, pronptly refused to honor. So, it was with great trepidation that I visited Vision Nissan, hoping that they would honor it. And they did! Comparing the two Vision dealerships is like comparing night with day. Nick, Santos, and a very pleasant young lady assistant made sure my visit to the Nissan store was pleasant and that the oil change was accomplished in good time. When it was determined that my car needed some serious repair work, that, too, was done efficiently, expertly, and immediately. I was so pleased -- and not a little amazed at how the two dealerships were polar opposites even though they operate under the same corporate umbrella. Today I went to Vision Nissan again, this time with a problem with my electronic key fob. This was nothing but a nuisance -- but I was treated as though it was of great importance. Santos advised the mechanic, Alvin, to repair the key while I waited, even though I had no appointment -- and it was done free of charge! I can't say enough great things about Vision Nissan of Webster. My only regret is that I didn't know about their fantastic staff and their on-site stock of dependable new and used cars until AFTER I had been mistreated and financially exploited at the Hyundai dealership next door. Thank you, Nick, Alvin, that nice young lady whose name I didn't get, and Santos! You are the reasons I will not hesitate to recommend Vision Nissan of Webster to friends, family, and everyone reading this review.

I wasn’t satisfied with the one I almost got and he found The One. I also had credit problems and I knew it would be a trouble finding one. Brandon found one. The Salesman-Manager at Upstate, Attica New York was so good to me. His name is Al Ficarella. He helped me chose the right vehicle for me to lease. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. I leased from "another dealership" in 2023, the salesman was so pushy, and I felt like he really did not care as long as he sold me a lease. Al was not like that at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I needed or did not need. I will be returning to this dealership in 3 years when my lease vehicle needs to be turned in. My daughter also leases from the "other" dealership, and she has decided to go to Upstate in Attica NY in one year when her lease is up. Very pleased with my whole visit at Upstate, Attica, NY.
