I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.

I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.

FABULOUS experience at Keyser Ave. Auto Sales, with absolutely none of the “sales games” you get at the bigger dealerships! Friendly and chill Jeff and team were a true pleasure to work with. There was seriously ZERO sales pressure, a full CarFax report was provided, we were encouraged to take a long test drive and allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection, and the paperwork process was impressively speedy. (And as he quickly filled out our paperwork, we loved Jeff’s stories about his dogs and chickens, too!) All the positive reviews of Keyser Ave. Auto Sales’ quality vehicles and staff are spot-on! We feel confident we got a good price on a gorgeous car from great folks, it was totally worth the two-hour drive to get there, and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy another used vehicle from Keyser Ave. Auto Sales again.

The service guy wanted to get the miles off the car and then is apparently a nosy xxxxxxx so he scrolls through the maintenance screen on my car so he can try to sell useless services like brake flushes etc. took them nearly 3 hours to put 4 new tires on the car. They will never see my Accord again.
