I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.

She was exceptional to what I wanted and it fit everything to my lifestyle. Our Finance manager David Russell was a joy to work with extremely patient with us explaining everything in layman’s terms so we knew exactly what we were signing. Over all it was a fantastic experience and my husband and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. They are extremely knowledgeable as well as kind. I called from out of state, didn't really know what to expect - got immediately helped by Frank who was professional and welcoming from the start. I asked him if he could send some detailed videos and he sent me more than what I asked for! Took the time to get as many angles and even commentated on the video so I could look at certain things. Completely transparent, truthful, and honest every step along the way which is honestly a very refreshing experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just through-and-through a great guy. I personally wouldn't have made the 2 hour drive from Jersey without the confidence that I had in Frank. Did I mention very hospitable? Buying a car isn't the funnest process but we had great conversations outside of work, helped me out when I had some issues with some background stuff, and SUPER PATIENT. No frustration whatsoever, just tackled everything like a true professional and guided me (a first time car buyer) through everything. Did I mention he came in to help me personally on his day off? Yup - he did that, took time out of his day off from 1pm to 6pm to help me get into the car that I am loving now. Folks - don't look any further for a honest and trustworthy salesperson. I am definitely coming back here with friends and family for the foreseeable future, even if its 2 hours away.

While inside looking over some of the vehicles, a young man asked if I needed any help. This young man was Derek Nowak. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with all things Lexus. He took the time to answer all of my questions and accompany me on my test drives. He was with me from the beginning until the purchase was completed. He then followed me outside to give me a tutorial and complete the setup of my vehicle.

The next day it happened again so bought it to Matthews and they actually fixed the problems. I will always have my car serviced here
