He was super helpful throughout our selection and buying process, as was our experience with the staff at FitzMall. He was extremely patient during a very hectic time. He and the FitzMall staff made the buying process easy and seamless. He communicated regularly. Our vehicle, a Hybrid Camry, was delivered on time. Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

We had a rather pleasant and smooth buying experience with James Tan. James is very helpful and effective to close this transaction. The only thing I was unable to give A+ rating was the final (bargained) price, but James cordially explained and convinced me to agree with the deal presented by Criswell. As for the Finance part, we also had a quite straight and satisfying experience with Krystie. I hope we will get a USB that comes with all details about this purchase and car loan processed for this transaction. James with check with Krystie to have such USB mailed to us. I certainly will refer Criswell to my friend circle for the good job done by its Sales & Finance team!

I had been searching high and low for the perfect Palisade—right color, right features, everything. When I finally found one online, I left a message, hoping it would still be available. The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated. The second I wrapped up a client, he had my answers ready, which made the back-and-forth super easy. By midday, I knew this was the car for me, and even though I was crunched for time, he told me to come pick it up and assured me we'd get everything handled quickly. When I arrived, I took the car for a drive, and wow—it was even better on the road than it looked in the video. But I only had three hours before I had to be back in Baltimore, and time was tight. This is where Said and Mohammad in finance really stepped up. My main concern was my monthly payment, and Mohammad worked with me until we found something that made sense for my budget. And then—something I’ve never experienced at a dealership—Mohammad promised to have me out in 30 minutes, and guess what? He did it! In less than an hour, I was on my way home with my dream car, no stress, no hassle. The whole process was smooth, quick, and honestly enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about Said—he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, and because of that, I’ll be coming back to work with him for my next car. Thank Guys!
