Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

Smooth buying experience with Masood Sultany at Koons Tysons. I worked with him for three days. I bought a new Camry and traded in my old car. He and the dealership were honest with me. I knew what I wanted and approximately what I would pay. I've bought new cars before and did not look forward to the experience, but Masood was professional and helpful. He made the process relatively quick and pleasant.

Scheduling my recall service with Toyota of Bowie was easy and my service advisor, Lewis Grimes, was very helpful and made the process smooth. I asked Mr. Grimes for an estimated completion time and my vehicle was ready several hours in advance of that time making it easy for me to plan my return to the dealership for pickup. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience and service.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea

Mr. Bello has, from the very beginning, treated my wife and me like family. He always offers a warm welcome and his typical bright, sincere smile. We have been impressed with Yomi's knowledge about the vehicles he sells --as well as the process-- and his honest and candid approach. From our first sit-down, through the purchasing process, to the installation of our permanent tags and the handover of our vehicle's registration, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with him.
