I received a text from Dasia Morrison Friday morning about bringing my Compass in for a trade in. At the time I was in the middle of refinancing my monthly payment but I thought what the heck? I can’t lose either way. I made my way down, greeted as always when I walk into the place (thank you Kathy for getting the process started). Met Dasia Morrison and with her help along with Howie the sales manager and Umar we took a crack at the best option I could walk out with. It was a long day but they didn’t give up on me. I ended up with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle I’ve always wanted. I will be back to this same dealership again in the future and god willing the same people will be there. Thank you Team Ourisman! Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal.

In my case, they took the time to explain where I had gone wrong in my calculation of a lease payment and were never snarky or demeaning about it. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. All in all, it's a fantastic place to procure your next ride.

I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago - Ethan

I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago with a 1000 mile warranty which is basic for a used car. Two days ago I noticed the jeep making odd noises and pulling to the side. When I looked at it the driver side front brakes were completely eaten away and the caliper was seized. When I contacted the dealership they told me they only cover the power train and will not fix the brake issue. I do not feel that a car I bought less then 2 weeks ago should have broken already and then the dealership not honor any kind of warranty. I will not buy another car from them again.

As an African American woman who experienced blatant racism at a previous dealership just a few months ago, I truly appreciated this financial advisor’s kindness, competence, and empathy. The used car sales manager from the pre-owned department was equally impressive — a realist, which is something rare in today’s market. He allowed me to thoughtfully weigh the pros and cons of my decision. With both of them, it wasn’t just about making a sale — it was about helping me understand what this purchase truly meant and the best option . I’m deeply appreciative of the time they took, and most of all, grateful that despite my personal challenges, I never felt judged — at least not by them. My Sales person was responsive - and despite me being a tough cookie at times- he continued to assist.

I had to to bring my 2020 jeep gladiator in for service for a miss fire. I brought it in the morning of October 13th and asked to do a diagnostic on what is causing the misfire. I called on the afternoon of October 15th to get a status update and they stated that they needed to do an additional tear down on the engine because they could not determine the issue. I asked if this means sparks plugs and fuel injectors were checked and found to be no issue and they said yes. I asked if this means the issue may be caused by a more deeper issue and they agreed. On October 16th the dealership calls me to tell me they found the issue which was determined to be the spark plugs. While we had this conversation they asked if I wanted to do additional services since the engine was already apart and it was due since the engine was passed 100,000 miles. I agreed to this additional service but did not understand the need to do an additional tear down on the engine when the spark plugs were originally not the cause of the miss fire. My bill ended up being roughly 1500 dollars were 1100 was in labor and 600 of that was for the 2 tear downs. I wast not expecting the price to change spark plugs and minor service to be 1500 dollars.

I bought a used vehicle here,within months it started consuming lots of oil, I took it to the dealer where they only performed oil changes, never once they took me serious, My car engine died 2 years later, please dont buy any vehicles here. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty

The various trim levels and option packages can be complicated and Paul did a great job coming up with a configuration that had all the features we wanted. For the past year we've also been going to this dealership for service and are happy with it. They're always friendly and they've taken good care of our vehicles. I especially like the fact that they offer an express oil change service that doesn't require an appointment.
