Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

I had been searching high and low for the perfect Palisade—right color, right features, everything. When I finally found one online, I left a message, hoping it would still be available. The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated. The second I wrapped up a client, he had my answers ready, which made the back-and-forth super easy. By midday, I knew this was the car for me, and even though I was crunched for time, he told me to come pick it up and assured me we'd get everything handled quickly. When I arrived, I took the car for a drive, and wow—it was even better on the road than it looked in the video. But I only had three hours before I had to be back in Baltimore, and time was tight. This is where Said and Mohammad in finance really stepped up. My main concern was my monthly payment, and Mohammad worked with me until we found something that made sense for my budget. And then—something I’ve never experienced at a dealership—Mohammad promised to have me out in 30 minutes, and guess what? He did it! In less than an hour, I was on my way home with my dream car, no stress, no hassle. The whole process was smooth, quick, and honestly enjoyable. Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

The dealership provided me with a loaner car for 48 hours while my Audi was being serviced, which made the process very convenient. Marcus, the general manager, handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. They even delivered my new Audi directly to my residence and picked up the loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. I addition, they provided me with a complimentary first-year service. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I also received an excellent trade-in value for my Lexus.and a great discount on my new Audi. Overall, I'm satisfied with a service and recommend this dealership.

Just had the best experience at Range Rover ever! I bought two Range Rovers in Chantilly on the same day and you would think they would treat you nice but even the one oil change was not a fun experience. I called them about a state inspection and was told I could go anywhere. Ok, so I called Tysons and Juliza Barrios answered and welcomed me! I came over the same day and even told her about the key battery being low, which she changed for free. I was in and out with a smile! I buy two new cars every two years and because of a $20 state inspection Tysons has my business moving forward!
