So I am still loving my 2004 Hyundai venue I went in today for my last free oil change and had the factory recommended maintenance done. Great experience from beginning to end technician who checked me in was super friendly and professional got quick estimates of some options that I have and car was nice and clean and good to go, and I was surprised to learn that my next oil change, even though I will have to pay for it is about the same price or cheaper than some other places that only do oil changes so overall, it was a great experience

I’m blown away! Kindness, compassion, respect! These are words you don’t normally associate with car salesmen. Chris A. Was a God send. The service department gave me rough news about my old clunker and I never thought could get a new car with my credit. Between Chris and Nick I literally cried tears of gratitude in the office. In addition to all of this, my 2 year old was running around terrorizing the office and EVERYONE was so wonderful to both of us. I just can’t believe how wonder the people at this location are. I have been to many Toyota dealerships but this by far was the best experience and customer service I’ve ever had. Don’t go anywhere else. You’ll be missing out.

Salesman: Mr G. I could not say enough great about him. I bought a 2024 exactly like my 2020. I wanted the exact car I had but automatic, Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF Soul Red Crystal. Dealership didn’t have it. He checked other dealers to accommodate me. I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. Never have I been treated like I was the only customer. Mr G was so attentive. Negotiating was non confrontational. When I picked up the car Mr G went over everything very thoroughly about the changes from 2020 to 2024. He said to call him with any questions, which I did. Always had time for me. He checks on me periodically to make sure I am happy. Hopefully he will still be working when it comes time for another new car. If I know anyone buying a new or used car I would highly recommend Mr G. He is the greatest. I have horror stories from past experiences.
