I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Best customer service ever.

I purchased my first Tesla two years ago, and Kali was over the top in customer service, she is dedicated to her customers and worked so well with me. I sought Kali out to purchase my second Tesla. She and the BLM staff are really great to work with, just as before. The staff is so friendly. My only complaint, the paperwork took much longer this time, I think they may have a newer system. Regardless, could not be happier with her and Birmingham Luxury Motors.

I would recommend anyone that has a FORD to take it to this particular dealership. From previous experience with Hull Dobbs Ford in Centerpoint and being given estimates that didn't make sense, to researching and coming in to the Stivers Ford Dealership in the Palisade...I must say this has been a stressful process but these guys most definitely took good care of my vehicle. Their attitudes were so plesant and he even offered to discount my pricing. 10/10 and 5 starts down to the wait time. They keep you informed as the process takes place!

From my first phone call to having car delivered to my door. I found this the easiest experience in purchasing a car in my life. My sales person, reception, vehicle check in person, detailers were all friendly, no pressure, experienced and knowledgeable. I feel the only slight drawback was I had to call to check on status of timelines on delivery and financing paperwork being completed. It would have been better if I received a text or phone call keeping me up to date. I was given a ball park idea but a more precise time line would have allowed me to plan my days ahead. This was a minor issue. I would buy my vehicle and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
