I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Frankfort Toyota. I was assisted by Joanie Yount. She was great to work with and provided excellent service and support during the entire process of my purchase. I would not hesitate to call Joanie in the future for any vehicle purchase. I also found everyone that I interacted with to be helpful and informative while I waited for my new vehicle to arrive at the dealership. Joanie gave me a tour on my first visit to look at vehicles, which I really appreciated. The tour gave me a better understanding of how the service appointments process would work for future visits.

We drove in from out of state. Stephen was scheduled to assist us in locating a our desired vehicle. We arrived quite a bit earlier than expected. Stephen warmly greeted us anyway, making us feel welcome and at home. He had a vehicle waiting for us out front to check out and test drive. He answered every question and more. We felt no pressure or deception during the whole process. He was open and honest and it was obvious, he genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We drove away in our new vehicle pleased with the whole experience.
