I used their complimentary pickup and return for my oil change. Best thing since Wi-Fi!! On time, easy to schedule, great communication and price. Ashley and Zach went above and beyond beyond. The gas company unexpectedly showed up to repair a leak next door and needed more room to maneuver their equipment. I called to find out what time my car would be returned and Zach was in the area on another run and came back to move the Krieger auto for them! Wow!

I had spent 2 1/2 weeks at 4 to 6 hours per day searching for a replacement Ford Explorer that had been totaled by a teenage drive with a learner's permit. While there are a yon of XLT models within the price range, I had a set of conditions needed to serve as a suitable replacement. I did a couple of potential vehicles but 1 didn't quite hit all the required checkmark boxes and the other was at a lot whose manager fit the "yutz from xxxx" description. Enter Derek from Bryers Import Used Car Department. He had an advertised vehicle that I found online. I wrote him with my concerns and he promptly answered. He even made a video for me showing ALL systems were functioning as one might hope for. My wife and I drove from Northern Cincinnati to the east side of Columbus to look the vehicle over. We made what we considered a fair offer and it was accepted. No quibbling. Just honesty. I purchased a 2018 Corvette C7-ZO6 from the Toy Barn in March of 2025; I worked with Greg McDevitt and Kristiaan Thompson (Sale Advisors) to make the transaction. First, the car is exactly what I was looking for and is exactly as advertise..., it is spotless (no defects) and is in perfect condition. I cannot imagine being more satisfied with the car... I am still smiling to this day! Second, the sales department is extremely profession, punctual in their communications (even after hours)... and is not overbearing. The purchase of our Corvette through the Toy Barn is one of the best experiences I have ever encountered in purchasing a car. Thank you Greg, Kristiaan and the Toy Barn Staff for making a dream car land in our garage! Note: If the Toy Barn has your dream car on their lot... don't wait; "If you think long, you think wrong... it will be gone!" And no..., they did not pay me to make this statement... LOL!

Service department needs to better follow up on parts that are supposed to be ordered. Two separate times we’ve had to have parts ordered and find out when we get to our scheduled service appt. They hadn’t been ordered.
