Inadvertently they sold the car we’d originally selected but they made it right by offering us a car that had more features at a higher price at the same price that we’d originally agreed on. I went in to have our 2026 Kia Sportage serviced with an oil change and a tire rotation. They were very informative regarding the service process and the amount of time it takes. They even offered to clean the outside and vacuum the inside front floor. It was all done in the perfect amount of time. While waiting inside the dealership, there was comfortable seating, beverages & popcorn available for free. What more could a person ask! It was an amazing first experience at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, Ohio!

I was looking for a WRX and the initial emails with the sales department made it sound like they had what I wanted and that I should head over to take a test drive. I started making plans to do so that day only for them send a follow up email telling me to not show up as they realized they had nothing in stock. Eventually, I decided to make a factory order for my WRX and called to see what Byers could do. Brad Crader was super easy to work with- he was able to call me back within the hour with Costco pricing and ordering timeline. Ultimately I decided on another dealer as they were able to offer a shorter timeframe, but definitely will give xxxxxxto Brad for his help.
