I didn’t feel pressured into buying a more expensive vehicle, etc. I bought used, and they agreed to fix a few minor cosmetic issues with the car without charging. Jon was also helpful with working on the financial piece.

OMG, Ollie M Grim was great! I went looking for an Equinox and he sold me on a Blazer instead. If you really wanna have fun with Ollie make sure you go for a test drive & make sure he's in the back seat. When we got back to the dealership it was fun watching him try to get out with the child safety locks on! 😀 Ollie thinks it's someone he works with that turns that on for all vehicles, I just think everyone enjoys watching him get stuck in the backseat while the customers are wondering why he can't get out. Seriously though, Ollie is very personable, knowledgeable, patient and knows when to back off and allow the customer to think the deal over. In three years when my lease is up I hope Ollie is still there to help me again.

Only negative was the quality of the car detailing on several cars I looked at. Several were not cleaned to a luxury brand dealership standard and the car I purchased had a high shine product applied to the leather seats, which was difficult to remove. More xxxxxxto Karina for trying to remove the shine herself. Jordan Mitchell was pleasant to deal with while finalizing the sale and paperwork.

Sales & Service very good. Did right by me and I would buy there again! I had an issue right after I purchased the car. Contacted my sales person, she contacted her sales manger and he contacted me back very quickly. Got an apptmnt set up same day. Nate in service got the car in quickly, diagnosed the problem, discussed with me and had it taken care of by the next day. The dealership stood by their product, took care of the problems without hesitation or trying to hassle about the cost. I was very impressed and would return for future purchases when the time comes.

I was looking for a WRX and the initial emails with the sales department made it sound like they had what I wanted and that I should head over to take a test drive. I started making plans to do so that day only for them send a follow up email telling me to not show up as they realized they had nothing in stock. Eventually, I decided to make a factory order for my WRX and called to see what Byers could do. Brad Crader was super easy to work with- he was able to call me back within the hour with Costco pricing and ordering timeline. Ultimately I decided on another dealer as they were able to offer a shorter timeframe, but definitely will give xxxxxxto Brad for his help.

A previous poor review of the service department at this dealership brought to the attention of the correct individual, Tyler Armstrong, Service manager. He immediately investigated and contacted me and went above and beyond to address my concerns. I am therefore submitting this as an update and recommend if a customer has issues with the service department, especially in trying to get messages to the correct person, let Mr. Armstrong know. Presently it is an outside company engaged by the dealerships owners to answer our calls and route those calls and they have been adding to my frustration. Mr. Armstrong was very approachable and engaging once he was made aware of my issues through utilizing this site. Hopefully I will not encounter any future issues but I now know who the proper person is to directly contact.
