We had already agreed to that price and paid a deposit according to that price so I was a little out off by that but otherwise it was a great experience.

They were very pleasant experiences. This time around Jenny Cromwell worked hard to find me the perfect vehicle. I especially appreciated the no pressure atmosphere, I was presented with some options (both on the car and on service packages) and was left to choose what fit me best. I will definitely be coming back in 3 years when this lease is up.

I was in the market for a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio. There are three Alfa dealerships within an hour of me so I emailed all three asking for pricing and availability. To be fair, none of them got back to me. I was most surprised by Suburban though because I can’t get other Suburban stores to leave me alone when I didn’t a KBB Cash Offer inquiry that got sent to a Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor and Suburban Ford. I ended up buying from another Alfa store. Still sorry I didn’t hear back because they did have the best selection. But I can’t drive an hour each way just to find out they weren’t close to where I needed to be with price,
