My service department visits have also been a pleasure. I look forward to doing more business with this dealership in the future. There are Porsche dealerships closer to my home but the outstanding customer care I recieve at Porsche Waukesha is worth the drive.

Most reviews are often written right after purchase, or within a period of time where the new owner is still in the Honeymoon phase of ownership. I’m writing this as a Lexus customer after 7 years of ownership and over 100k of miles on the NX300 MY2019. The purchase process working with Dale was exceptional on many levels, and have not found any other salesman or dealership that comes close. I visit the showroom occasionally when my NX is in for routine service and I’m always greeted warmly and respectfully. Dale supports the sale throughout ownership by staying “connected” to the sale, meaning he finds solutions to issues, and follows through to completion. This 5 star customer support is not found in car salespeople! I Highly Recommend Dale Roeglin for your next Lexus purchase. The Brookfield Lexus dealership is also 5 star, the showroom is spotless year round, several models on showroom floor all meticulously parked and aligned to the polished tile floor. And have you seen a cleaner customer restroom? These details do matter, and all the support staff, above and below sales have always shown high class on every visit. The 2019 Lexus NX300 F Sport Ultrasonic Blue has been without question the BEST vehicle I’ve ever purchased! You often hear of Lexus reputation regarding quality and I’m writing to say it is true, without question! In 100k mi & 7 years of ownership, not one major or minor repair! The cost of ownership was general maintenance as recommended every 5k or 10k miles. Brakes, Tires and Oil changes, that’s it! I can’t recommend another Brand that even comes close, and I’ve owned several over 45years.

Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . Kearns agreed to fix somethings and drove the car to Milwaukee to meet me coming from Chicago. One of the items was still not working when I accepted delivery. I had it repaired at my facility and Kearns promptly reimbursed me at my cost. They were true to their word. Good people all around. Brought my 2024 Nissan Murano SUV in 2 weeks ago to check on a wind noise on my right rear window when driving. I drove my vehicle into Darrows Nissan. Metro Mart and I met service advisor Jon Taylor who within 20 minutes successfully diagnosed my problem and ordered a new winddow interior gasket. 4 days later I was back as my part was in and once again Jon Taylor had my car repaired in less than 30 minutes. We went to Sorens to "look" at a 2022 Edge and what do you know, we left with a "new to us" 2022 Edge. Corey was very courteous and informative about the Edge. He is certainly a "nice guy". Then we met with Alan Whitson (Finance), again a "nice guy".
