I had such an amazing experience at Loeber Motors! After everything I went through while car shopping for my Mercedes, this was truly a breath of fresh air. The entire process was smooth, honest, and completely stress-free from start to finish. What meant the most to me was feeling like I was genuinely taken care of — not pressured or taken advantage of. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and I truly appreciate it. I want to give a huge thank you not only to my sales consultant, Arman Khan, who was absolutely incredible — patient, transparent, and supportive every step of the way — but also to the entire sales team. I started car shopping on Chase website. Chase will finance any car they listed and send you to the Dealer that listed it. I chose three different Dealerships. The two of them said they didn't have the cars listed and tried to sale me other cars. I went to McGrath Acura Downtown Chicago. They didn't have it. I decided to go to another, but Mr Guillermo Perez, my Salesman, advised me to wait. He had another car I may like. I wanted a Honda Civic. He had a Honda Accord. He was right. While I waited. They found a Company to finance it. My credit wasn't that great. I drove out with a great car. I took it in because of a recall. McGraph of Honda did a thorough check of the car and found many things that needed repair. I took the car back to McGrath Acura. I couldn't afford to repair it. I was on my way out, but was stopped by Mr Johnny Fernan, the Manager of McGrath. He said I can't let you leave without a car. He showed me a Honda Civic, It was five years younger than the one I had. He found financing and I was elated. I had the best experience from this Dealership ever and I have purchased many cars. They made me feel like a favorite family member. I highly recommend them…AL Jam.

I just purchase a new Grand Highlander Hybrid. Very happy with the whole process. Spoke with Dylan, let him know what I wanted price wise and what I wanted for my trade. I let him know how I felt I was justified in asking for both. Spoke with Mike and we met in the middle. Finance came to Dylan’s desk and signed all the paperwork. Overall great experience and would purchase again!

My shopping experience with Ewan was so very above any expectation that I had in mind when I walked in. Ewan did what no other salesman did for me during my month of shopping (Kia, Nissan, Hyundai & Honda..) Ewan from the start made me feel respected as a shopper. Ewan did not seem to ever jump into sales mode, he only listened to what I was looking for and simply educated me on what the car had to offer me for my needs. He did not use over the top 'sexy' or 'attractive' terms when explaining the cars features, there was never a pitch, he stuck to the real facts of the brand and the model's features. Which resulted in building my trust in the brand, when the merchandise is good you don't have to over reach to get every single sale, the facts ARE enough to get you to a close. He never pushed me towards an upgraded model, or the platinum edition because it didn't fit me. My model feels tailored to me, and I am so happy with it. When I was being over the top picky in two specific features I did not want to let go of, again, Ewan respectfully informed me we could be looking at a few weeks to find a match, I said that was fine & he went on the hunt to find the match. No push to grab what was on the lot to get the quick sale, no sense of feeling like i was asking for too much.. My choices, heard and respected. The timing was difficult as well for me to shop at all in, early June had tons of personal travel for me which kept me out of Chicago but Ewan was very flexible in working with my schedule too when arranging pick up when it finally did come in! Day of closing he stayed past his leave time to make sure closing went fine, he walked through all the features again with me. A few weeks past closing he has followed up to see if i had any questions about the tech features. I think it speaks volumes for his professionalism to hangout with me during the financials and to follow up later, i'm picky but a very relaxed shopper, and I value personal time the most.. having done sales before and had to stay hours past my leave i urged him to go enjoy his time but he wanted to see it though! I did walk away from one car *cough* kia*couh*, they had the exact model i was looking for in my dream color on lot- but the sales agent was over the top. Chasing me out the door (not an exaggeration) with discounts... which only made me wonder what the he*l is wrong with this brand new car with 20 miles on it and honestly i'm so happy she did that. I couldn't imagine myself being this happy with anything other than my Prius. But thats just to say i have no problem leaving because of pushy or dramatic sales people, there are other cars on the market, there's competition all around- the sales agent IS the difference. The 2025 prius ultimately checks every single box, the gray color gets complemented all the time, it turns heads, the tech and safety features are everything i wanted and more, the savings on gas is unreal.. The car is great, we all know that- but the service from Ewan is what I really wanted to point out because car shopping sucks- but i never once felt uncomfortable, or annoyed, it was just so easy and painless, and I really enjoyed my experience which i 100% never expected when i started car shopping.

Found the car I wanted at a fair price. I had been looking for this particular model BMW for a few months at this point in time and knew they sold quick at the price listed. Called into the store and Alan answered promptly. We discussed everything and he took the time to answer my questions. We did online financing to have it ready and secure the car until I could make it up there later in the week. Alan called back once financing was approved and we discussed down payment and other options. We agreed on price and he gave me a full breakdown on all costs. BMW was as described and very very clean. All service was done and it had a full tank of gas. I had my family with me including my 2 year old son who had a blast running around the all indoor show room. The entire staff treated us with respect and the facility is awesome. All in all a fantastic experience. In and out the door on Saturday in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I am happy I found them! Thanks Alan!

I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over the period of 5 days. He really went out of his way and I appreciate that. He even put me in contact with the service advisor, Seth, to answer some service questions I had on the vehicle. When it came time to make a decision, Adam was unavailable so I finished things up with Paul who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience at Audi North Shore and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future for my next car purchase. A+++

Anyone who knows me, knows I rarely publicly endorse businesses or people; however, yesterday Jim Snowberger & I met some outstanding individuals at Affinity Auto Sales in West Chicago IL. Henry Ramos was our sales advisor and Jay Delanovic was the Finance Manager who handled our sale; these are 2 of the most polite and professional Gentlemen I have met in a very long time. In a post-COVID world, customer service has gone by the wayside but definitely not with these 2 Gentlemen...they listened to our needs, had very good insights and were genuine in casual conversations. I truly believe they could lead a seminar on how to connect on a human level with people for those in not only sales professions but in LIFE in general! It was quite a long drive to get there for us but that didn't matter to Jim or I because of the care and consideration we were both shown before and after the sale. Jim contacted Henry via email 2 days prior to us arriving you make sure the Jeep was available, he was quick responding, very polite and offered to have it fully detailed before our arrival. He was a man of his word! Jay fully explained all of the paperwork in great detail although both of us have previously bought vehicles; he wanted to make sure every detail was covered. Every experience was above our expectations. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to contact Affinity Auto Sales...I promise you will not be disappointed!

Traveling from central IL to Baha was a risk to us but this was THE ONLY CAR I wanted. After it was all said and done, the drive down Pulaski from I55 was the hardest part of the whole day. TEST DRIVING in unfamiliar surroundings wasn't something to which we were looking forward but Mason was calm and gave great directions so we could drive on residential as well as busy streets. He also gets major points from us because he let us take our time looking over the vehicle and was available for questions. This was the farthest from a high-pressure environment we've ever experienced. Vehicle was honestly represented in web photos and when we saw it in person, there were no surprises. CarFax available when requested was a comfort. After-the-sale service is prompt and friendly as well. Mike went to the moon and back to get us the best financing options out there, which made a HUGE impression on us. Paperwork was well explained and easy. We won't hesitate to contact them for future purchases.

I can not say enough about how awesome my whole experience with AutoConnectionZ was! The physical location is called Jim O’Connor Select Auto. That is exactly what it is, select. After arriving to have a test drive, I noticed that every single vehicle on the lot was super clean. The 2019 Honda Odyssey I purchased looked, and drove, like it was brand new. From the first email to driving off the lot was nothing short of professionalism and courtesy at it’s finest. I was given a more than fair amount on my trade in, which I wasn’t planning on doing until Jim made me an offer. The price I paid was roughly 10K less than the ones I was finding in Chicago that were no where near as in great condition. During our conversations, I was told that if they didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for that Geoff would have found it for me. Look no further if you want a great deal and an excellent experience.
