I got a great deal on the Advance 5 Protection, which was a great purchase and gives me peace of mind when it comes to unexpected road hazards. Noah also walked me through other warranty options available for my vehicle and provided helpful information so I could make an informed decision. Never once did he try to pressure me or steer me in a direction that I felt was inappropriate. It was a real pleasure to work with him on getting the vehicle that I had researched. Marvin also was very receptive to when I pointed out some minor scuffs on the front bumper and then found a significant scratch on the hood. He pointed me in the direction to get the body work resolved.

I told them they wouldnt find better service and to only use Leo at Acura Morton Grove for any service, even an oil change. My brother has inherited my last three Acuras and he too only comes to Acura Morton Grove, even though he passes many service stations closer. Leo is a FANTASTIC service advisor and the BEST customer service person the dealership is fortunate to employ.

We stopped into Castle near closing time, and Eryk offered a thorough, patient, and low pressure experience, letting us explore VW’s available options while making helpful suggestions. He was extremely knowledgeable about VW’s products and didn’t rush us, even after the dealer closed. When we returned the next day to purchase, the sales manager, Raffi, and finance manager, Damian, were equally helpful and accommodating. I’ve shopped for new vehicles at many local dealerships (and worked at a dealership myself in the past) and there are, unfortunately, few dealers that I would recommend in the northwest suburbs. I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.
