Erick made buying my Camry a genuinely great experience. - Grasbergerjr

Erick made buying my Camry a genuinely great experience. He took my offer seriously from the start and worked hard to secure the deal — no runaround, no games. He clearly knew the vehicle inside and out and answered every question like a true professional. If you're shopping for a Toyota, skip the Carlsbad location and come see Erick at Mossy — you won't regret it.

Friendly, well informed consultant. - Lynda Toyosaki

Friendly, well informed consultant. Kept me informed on the progress of my car. Walked me through at completion. It was ready when they told me it would be ready.

My experience with West Covina Toyota was outstanding. - Kbilbrew

My experience with West Covina Toyota was outstanding. There were sales personnel available to understand what i was looking for and knowledgeable. I made two visits and found my truck on the second visit. My salesperson Stephanie Felix was amazing and she went above and beyond. She help me to have a reasonable deal, she help me return my rental and took my trade-in from home. She made buying my Tacoma very easy and hassle free. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone and everyone.

★★★★★ I had an outstanding experience with Moss Bros - MRMANCILLA1

★★★★★ I had an outstanding experience with Moss Bros Toyota and cannot say enough about the professionalism, patience, and commitment to excellence shown by Joel Spencer, Devin Taylor, Esteban Jimenez, and Jayson Moss. This purchase was especially important to me because it was for my daughter, who recently went through a traumatic experience after being rear-ended on her way to university. As a parent, my priority was making sure she was in a vehicle that checked all the boxes for safety, reliability, and peace of mind — while also meeting the “cool must-have” features that mattered to her. Joel Spencer, Devin Taylor, Esteban Jimenez, and Jayson Moss took the time to listen, answer questions, and work with me through the process without pressure. They understood that this was more than just buying a car; it was about making sure my daughter felt safe, confident, and excited to drive again. Their honesty, communication, and dedication made a stressful decision feel much easier. I truly appreciate the way Joel Spencer, Devin Taylor, Esteban Jimenez, and Jayson Moss handled everything from start to finish. Moss Bros Toyota earned my trust, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values customers and does business the right way.

Great Dealership experience, no high pressure sales - bcermeno972

Great Dealership experience, no high pressure sales tactics, no markups on the car I was looking for(rav4). Great salesman Dominic and great Finance manager Alex! Extremely helpful and willing to negotiate if it meant getting me to a payment I was comfortable with, without extending the loan term or any other sneaky tactics. Straight forward guys and if I ever am in the market again I will definitely head there first!

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Fraudulent sales tactics. - vegito

Fraudulent sales tactics. They reach out to me after I take my car in for service, and offer me 24500, for my car as a trade in, and tell me I can go into another car with the same payment. I go in the next day and salesman george and manager Adam only offer me 20k and make me wait for 20 minutes, even after George told me he was working on my deal for over 2 hours. If you want to get scammed and robbed, buy a car from here, if you don't want to get scammed and robbed buy a car somewhere else.

Took our 2019 RAV4 Hybrid for 35K service and service - rtozaki

Took our 2019 RAV4 Hybrid for 35K service and service advisor Andres A. had us do an oil change since it had been over 16 months since the last change and advised us to get new tires and an alignment. We got new tires from a third party and then came back for an alignment. Thanks Andres for looking after us. Well done Toyota of Orange.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Toyota - Unica0716

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Toyota Kearny Mesa. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, only to discover it had mechanical issues and staining upon delivery — defects that are entirely unacceptable for a new car. I contacted the dealership requesting a vehicle replacement, as these are not issues that should be repaired on a brand new car — they warrant a full replacement. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with complete indifference. Manager Dona Lozano handled the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, refusing to take any accountability or offer a reasonable resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a dealership representing a reputable brand like Toyota. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice and explore other options before making such a significant financial investment.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the people at - carriemariej2828

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the people at Glendora Toyota are! They went above and beyond to honor their agreement with. They gave me an amazing offer and were straight forward with me. Everyone I dealt with with so understanding and helpful. The sales manager was THE MOST PATIENT AND KINDEST PERSON you will ever work with! The financial department was equally as understanding! When you go in ask for Jason because he will totally work with you. So seriously, GO TO GLENDORA!!! You won’t regret it. ** they didn’t pay me to say this, lol, I mean every word!!
