From the moment I connected with him through his social media (which, by the way, is refreshingly honest and full of heart), I knew I wasn’t dealing with just another sales rep. Ash showed up on his day off to make sure my car purchase went smoothly. That’s not just dedication it’s rare. Now, the dealership vibe had its moments. Let’s just say someone else tried to “reassign” me as their customer mid-process. Not loud, not direct just one of those subtle interruptions that makes you wonder if respect is distributed equally. But Ash? Unbothered. He handled it with quiet strength, no ego, and full focus on making sure my Tamil family felt respected and cared for. Ash didn’t just help us buy a car. Service is fast and easy. I appreciate the customer service but it was over the top this time. The entire system changed here including the customer service. It’s good but very different. The workers still seem like they’re learning the new system and are trained to constantly ask the customer how are they doing or how the service is going. I appreciate the friendliness but it feels overwhelming. Also, during the service the wrong car was brought to me and they were not able to locate my vehicle for about 10 minutes.

UPDATE: After writing my first review, I was promptly contacted by a member of the customer service team. They provided me with a name and number to discuss my experience with the salesman, Raj, and explore possible solutions. I was connected with Kao, the manager, who was incredibly understanding and helpful over the phone. He sincerely apologized for the situation, emphasized their commitment to excellent customer service, and assured me they would address the matter internally. True to his word, I noticed a positive change in Raj’s attitude when I returned to pick up the car. Kao then generously offered to renegotiate the deal for the car I was interested in, and he gave me a fantastic offer! The next day, I came in to complete the paperwork, where I had the pleasure of working with Haig. He is truly a role model for car salesmen—an engaging conversationalist and a genuine car enthusiast. We had a great time talking about cars and motorsports for an extra 45 minutes! After Haig assisted us, we finalized the deal with Kao, who, to my surprise, is also a motorsports fan. Overall, if it weren’t for Kao and Haig, I don’t think I would have returned to this dealership, but thanks to their outstanding service, they completely changed my experience for the better. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!

Waited 11 months for my '23 Ford Maverick Hybrid. I have nothing but good things to say about Sunnyvale Ford. The main person I dealt with was Jim Popal the General Manger. Others in his team that helped me were Jack the salesman, Sagar the finance guy, and Sabin the Internet Sales Manager. The dealer experience was totally stress free. Not even a mention of nitrogen for tires, VIN etching, perma plate, gap insurance, market adjustment or other nonsense. I was offered an extended warranty but when I said I did not want one, there was no further mention of it. I said I was paying cash for it so there was no offer of any financing. I have read a lot of dealer horror stories online but Sunnyvale Ford has to be one of the best. My highest recommendation.
