"I came in to have my 2001 Honda Accord serviced with an oil change. I told Paul, in Service, there was a leak in the mid section of my car. Once the car was serviced, he put it on the rack to find out about the leak. It was in the fuel tank, and the whole under pinings of the car were rusting out. He told me it would not be worth it to fix, and that Honda had a great leasing deal going on right now, and he had leased a car himself. Heri was passing by, and Paul asked him to talk to me about it. I explained to Heri how I used the car, and he figured out my average yearly miles. He explained how leasing worked, and I determined which model I was interested in. He got a car and we took a test drive. Heri showed me the electronic features of the car and how they worked. He synced my phone with the car and showed me other features. He was very helpful and easy-going, not at all pushy or hurried. He was very cordial and made a difficult decision go very smoothly."
