The folks at Smith Ford were very kind considerate & accommodating. I purchased a vehicle from them because of that! You can find a great vehicle anywhere but you can’t always find people who appreciate your business without making you feel like a number or that you have to buy what they feel is best for you! They worked with my budget & helped me get the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was clean and they even filled it up with gas for me. I had been to several other dealerships in this area, & wasn’t very impressed with their mgt.. I’m glad I went to Smith Ford. Matt Kincaid & Cheryl listened to me & was polite & genuine. Ppl remember how they’re treated good or bad! Some of the other dealerships should work on that!

He was off the day I picked up my new vehicle so Sophie Crane introduced me to my new vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained all the technology and actually demonstrated for me. She even installed my tags from my trade to the new vehicle. Extremely pleased with the entire staff!
