Most everything was good. The exception was the notification of when the truck would be picked up. It kept getting put off, and ended up 1 hour later than what was notified. In the afternoon there was a mix-up with my former address and my current address. The truck was delivered initially at the former address. Supposedly, the intake person was supposed to correct the address in the morning. The pickup was at my correct address, but the return of the vehicle was my former address. One would assume that the dealership would have gotten the address correct because they picked it up at my address. However ended up delivering at the incorrect address.

He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and he was very honest and open about everything. The buying process was very and we never felt like he was trying to get by on us. I would highly suggest this dealership to anybody looking for a good experience of car buying which is hard to combine. They also gave us a really great deal and our interest rate was excellent as well. The sale manager Jimenez was also very friendly and accommodating. All around great experience at Sunrise Ford.

I only gave 4 stars because it took an extra half day, The only thing I would have liked to have known that you now have a 3% charge if you use a credit card.
