I initially stopped by the Ford of Ventura dealership on 11-23-20 to speak to a sales associate. I was met by Alex and we sat down so I could let him know what I was looking for in a used 2015-2019 Ford Super Duty diesel, two wheel drive, crew cab, 8' bed Lariat Ultimate Package or King Ranch, needless to say my wants were pretty extensive and difficult to find. I explained that I had been looking on the internet for months including searching every Ford dealership in California, Arizona and Nevada, I found one that fit my criteria but it was set up for a fifth wheel which wouldn't work for me. As I was talking to Alex Phil joined the conversation, Phil mentioned that it is going to be difficult to find what I was looking for with low milage so he suggested that I consider purchasing a new truck, I kidded the guys that I didn't want to spend 80K on a truck. Phil asked Alex to bring up the "black truck" which had the features that I was looking for in a truck. Alex brought the truck up to the front of the dealership.... as it turns out it was a black 2020 Ford F-250 Platinum four wheel drive, it is a beautiful truck and it had a few more features than I was looking for... Alex and I looked it over with him showing me all of the features in the truck which is impressive. I mentioned to Alex that I use to own a 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty Platinum four wheel drive for three years and ended up selling it last year which I ended up with sellers remorse so when I sat in the new Platinum truck it brought back memories on how comfortable the seats are and all of the luxury items in a Platinum truck, I took it for a test drive and it drove and felt like a dream. Needless to say I ended up purchasing the truck, I traded in a 2013 Ford Super Duty and a 2017 Ford Mustang GT to put towards the 2020 Platinum and they were very fair on the trade in values. The overall experience was excellant and Phil was very helpful through the whole process. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by their dealership and experience the friendly associates and the ease in purchasing a vehicle. On another note I certainly didn't wake up that morning and thought I was going to purchase a truck but as it turns out that's exactly what happened. ;-) Ron T.

Had to have my smog sensors checked they weren’t ready .I drove 246 miles but never reset .These guys worked 8 hrs + ..Went through the hole car drove it too to reset them .Did the price I was quoted was under charged did 1.5 hours labor .Would of cost way more at any other shop .Super job they really have changed their service. When I received my bill I had been charged labor for installing my battery which as I stated earlier was not done. I went into the fast lane center to let them know of the overcharge. The manager was out till Wednesday so I left my information and number for the manager to call me when he returned and to receive a credit on my account. As of today I have heard from no one.

Our experience with this service department was a total DISASTER from start to finish, as nothing was resolved after multiple days and $7K +! We were given an "appointment" on a Monday morning because our "check engine light" was illuminated. We waited 45 minutes to have our F-150 taken for "service". Sam, our service advisor, said they were "very busy" but she would "be in touch". This apparently means that they have NO INTENTION of doing diagnostics that day. We were visiting from Idaho and staying in a hotel...we had to get a rental car at that point. We did not hear back from Sam or anyone else until we called on Tuesday. NO DIAGNOSTICS HAD BEEN PERFORMED AFTER 24 hrs...even though we had an appointment the day before. A part was required which could not be obtained until Thursday, said part (Turbocharger) arrived on Wednesday, was replaced on Thursday only to find out that another part was now necessary, leak in coolant system most likely due to replacement of Turbocharger! At this point we had to extend our stay in an expensive hotel and now also multiple days of rental car charges. At the END of the service day on Friday our vehicle was ready. Total repair bill was over $7K in addition to extended hotel stay and rental car. Thirty minutes after picking up our vehicle for a long drive back to Idaho and after the service department was closed, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON!!!
