I was taken care of better than I thought a dealer service department would. I went for an oil change and had informed them of an on going check engine light that turned on and off occasionally. It ended up being the computer that covers the entire and transmissions overall performance. Everything was taken care of in a very good amount of time and I was given a Lincoln Continental like I own. Other service departments have loaned me smaller and older cars. I'm glad I was given the same caliber of vehicle that I purchased. Seta Alexanian is my Service Liason rep. For any managers who might read this review, she deserves a raise for going above and beyond in her job and courtesy while working. I will not get help from anyone else, she's amazing!

I found my new vehicle on line at Simi Valley Ford. I had been looking for a used Subaru Forester and they had a 2011 with 169,000 miles on it. They kept on asking if I knew how many miles it had on it.
My husband and I are now a two-Subaru family - he drives a 1998 Forester and, of course, I get the 2011 in beautiful Paprika Red Pearl.
The vehicle turned out to be in beautiful condition and I was thrilled. Their pricing was excellent. All the salesmen were great including the manager.
I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Ford or a used car.

I gave this 5-Star rating to Bishop Ford dealer for the courteousness of the Service Department employees I have dealt with. They have all been professional, as they should be, and because they have been extremely helpful to myself and my wife during the three visits of the past several months. Eight or nine months ago we needed a regular oil change. We were informed of the Ford The Works program, which involved oil change, tire rotations, fluid level checks and various safety check. This was less than fifty dollars. A while after this service, we were notified by Ford that the passenger air bag was involved in the Takata recall. The notice said not to have anyone ride in the passenger seat, as they would be subject to injury if the air bag was deployed. My wife and I are in our seventies and this concerned us. I called the Bishop Ford service department every month to see when new air bags were available. The service department people all were very polite when called and assured us we would be notified when they came in. They did call as soon as the air bags were available and we scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. The latest service was for our seventy five thousand mile oil change and check up. They set an appointment up on our schedule, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Ford still had the 'The Works' program in effect. I hope they continue this program as I cannot maintain the vehicle like I used to. Everyone we spoke to on these visits were courteous and pleasant. There was no pressure of any kind during our visits. I can't say enough for these employees.

We were in the market for a hybrid and found a Certified Pre-Owned Fusion Hybrid Titanium at Harrold Ford that checked off every box on our list. Called and spoke with John in the morning, and by the later afternoon, we were in the dealership taking a look at the vehicle. We drove all the way from Santa Rosa, and it was well worth the time and distance. John and Ryan made the process as smooth as possible and had plenty of patience with us as we asked all sorts of questions. What could have been endless hours of haggling and negotiating ended up being only a couple of hours of a test drive, running a credit check, and signing paperwork. Mr. James Starr the service writer and Sam the technician were top notch helpful this morning when I brought in my 2017 FORD F150 for an oil change and multi-point inspection. This is our first time driving a pickup every day...so we're Leasing it for this term. It happens to be our third (overall) Lease through McAuley Ford-Patterson since 2011 beside our purchase of an Explorer . I have known the McAuley team since 1990 in Merced and have appreciated their attentive Service teams and friendly and knowledgable Sales teams in Patterson and in Merced. They have given us the time to talk things out and not be pushy as I had experienced with a dealership not too long ago who was wanting my business. I will stick with McAuley as long as they continue on their personal service.

Between my father-in-law and I we have purchased five brand new vehicles ranging from a $40,000 F-1 50 all the way up to a $91,000 Ford Expedition. I’ve worked with both David, and Ryan In sales. In terms of price, ease of purchase, and the willingness to be flexible in most situations, there simply is no better dealer.
Now I live in California, and usually what that means is anytime you purchase the Ford Raptor, you have to pay $30,000 mark up.
