Very good didn’t take long (1 hr) and it wasn’t busy Danelle was amazing as usual. Would have probably test drive some vehicles but no sales people approached me but that’s cool I wasn’t ready to buy any way.

BMW Concord Collision Center is better than the rest!!!!!!! - kevinb
I met Kevin Miller immediately upon arriving at the collision center for the first time. Great attitude and just a really nice guy. My BMW is very important to me and I am known as being very, very, very picky when it comes to my cars. Kevin put me at ease and explained how my BMW would look when finished. The X5 looks new, so new I had a Xpel clear bra put on it for protection. Kevin was so helpful and the finished product looks so good, I will never consider bringing my vehicles to another shop. My niece thought their work was so good, she brought in her Audi . Thank you, Kevin, David and "Mo".

I was greeted by a nice young lady almost immediately & she directed me to the person that would be writing up the sevice order. I was
told there would be no charges because it was the first oil change since I purchased my car at Gosh Ford. I was asked if I'd like my car washed & I was invited to wait in the customer service lounge for the hour I was told it would be until the service was completed.
It was a nice customer lounge & very comfortable.
The many flavor choices of coffee was nice & the popcorn was especially nice for customers with children waiting with them.

I gave this 5-Star rating to Bishop Ford dealer for the courteousness of the Service Department employees I have dealt with. They have all been professional, as they should be, and because they have been extremely helpful to myself and my wife during the three visits of the past several months. Eight or nine months ago we needed a regular oil change. We were informed of the Ford The Works program, which involved oil change, tire rotations, fluid level checks and various safety check. This was less than fifty dollars. A while after this service, we were notified by Ford that the passenger air bag was involved in the Takata recall. The notice said not to have anyone ride in the passenger seat, as they would be subject to injury if the air bag was deployed. My wife and I are in our seventies and this concerned us. I called the Bishop Ford service department every month to see when new air bags were available. The service department people all were very polite when called and assured us we would be notified when they came in. They did call as soon as the air bags were available and we scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. The latest service was for our seventy five thousand mile oil change and check up. They set an appointment up on our schedule, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Ford still had the 'The Works' program in effect. I hope they continue this program as I cannot maintain the vehicle like I used to. Everyone we spoke to on these visits were courteous and pleasant. There was no pressure of any kind during our visits. I can't say enough for these employees.

Multiple Times Back For Certfied Ford - David Stemen
I bought my 2013 Focus in June. It was what i was looking for low mileage, 5 speed, black on black w/ leather, appearance package and MFT w/ 10 speaker system. Had the car for 3 hours before I realized loose heat shield, cracked dashboard near the window, oil light on, headlights wont turn off, and bad motor mount. All fixed after a week and a half. Two months later clutch is burnt up, the car leaves family and I stranded 100 miles from home. Other Ford dealers had the car for 3 days drove 20 miles and said nothing is wrong. Brought it to David Hall at Downtown Ford, he called the next day and said the clutch was burnt up they covered the clutch under warranty since i had the car less than 4k miles. 6 Months to the day i took delivery of the car and the battery dies. I didn't get the battery at Downtown ford. But after 2 weeks my O2 sensor went out. At the time writing this i only have 32K on the ODO.
However David Hall is my service adviser at Downtown Ford and he is one of the only representatives i will deal with at Ford. While the O2 was fixed he even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive. Now that i have an adviser that I can trust, I will be bringing in my Bronco, Escape, and Ranger for them to work on as well.

I have a 2012 Ford Edge. Soon after I bought it, I started smelling burnt oil from the car. I brought it to a Ford Dealer in Costa Mesa CA and after multiple assurances that it was fixed, the smell continued. Once the car was out of warrantee (3 years but only 16k miles) I noted and issues with the power steering (in addition to the returning smell of burnt oil). I was told that the power steering unit was leaking oil but they could not say it was the cause of the smell they attempted to fix three time in the past. I was out $500 to get it fixed. I then developed a clonking in the front suspension and the burnt oil smell came back. 18K miles.
On the recommendation of a private Ford mechanic, I brought the SUV to Santa Margarita Ford (25 miles from my house). They fixed the suspension (loose tie rod bolts!!!) and found two oil leaks, including the power steering unit which appeared not to have been fixed by the Costa Mesa Dealer. Miguel was my service adviser and he was excellent, communicating with me regularly during the entire process and arranging for an after hours pickup. I will only use Santa Margarita Ford in the future.
