Everyone I spoke with at Ford was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ken Trammel. But it did take two visits to correctly diagnose and fix a check-engine-light problem. And the final bill included a $600 error, which they did correct when I pointed it out. But all's well that ends well -- the car was fixed, is driving fine and it passed its smog test.
