He was friendly, casually polite, and asked what I was hoping to do that Sunday. He listened. He did not try to talk me into what he thought would be good for me. I felt respected. I left the vehicle I drove in, and drove out in the car that I wanted!

I purchased a new Subaru Outback a month ago, and I did not really inspect closely the car when it was delivered to me. Few weeks later, I washed and cleaned the car entirely, and found out that one of the wheel was damaged with scratches on the central cap and close to it on the wheel. I suspected that was caused when the wheel locks were installed. Maita Subaru addressed the issue and fixed it immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate the effort.
