I loved the vibe right when I arrived. I was warmly greeted by Alfonso by name. He had the Honda Accord sport ready and washed for me to test drive. I was unsure if I wanted a Toyota Camry or a Honda Accord so I went across the street and test drove a Camry but the vibe was not the same nor the knowledge of the car when I test drove the Honda Accord Alfonso was so knowledgeable of the features so I decided to go back to the Goudy Honda and purchase my beautiful 2025 hybrid Honda Accord. Alex, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why Volvo is such a great vehicle compared to other brands—he gave real facts, not sales talk. Frankie also helped us through the final process, made sure our trade-in went smoothly, and even installed the all-weather mats for us. There was no pressure at all. Everything was explained clearly to me and my wife, including warranty and maintenance options, without any hidden fees or surprises. The finance person Bryant and the general sales manager Haik and New car Manager Armin were also very kind and professional from start to finish. Everyone we met—sales, finance, used car appraisal—treated us with respect and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a very pleasant and smooth experience, and I highly recommend Santa Monica Volvo if you want honesty, knowledge, and great customer service.
