I was looking for a specific vehicle (BMW X5 diesel) statewide. I found a vehicle at Weatherford and began conversing with Glenn Scheffer to learn more. Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used). At no point did I feel pressured or subjected to any hard sells of the vehicle or add-ons. After taking delivery, a BMW genius contacted me to go over features of my car via Zoom. I happily recommend Weatherford BMW and Glenn Scheffer to my friends and family in the market for a BMW.

I have a 2001 Avalon with over 353000 miles on it. It has 2 temperature control dials…for driver and passenger. Recently, the one on the driver side started to malfunction…it was hard to turn. With cold weather right around the corner, I had to have this fixed. It required a part that has been discontinued by Toyota. So, I made a few calls and was lucky enough to find an entire temperature unit that contained the part in question. Chris had it installed for me today and it works flawlessly. This unit was probably one of the few available in the country!!! Long story short, Chris’ customer service is what keeps me coming back to Roseville Toyota. I have been coming here for years…even for oil changes. They take good care of me and I appreciate it!!

I was searching online for a used Ford Edge but couldn't find the exact model I was looking for until I found the 2024 Ford Edge at Ford of Montebello. I reached out via the site and asked for more info. Julio called and informed me they still had it and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I drove up from San Diego to see the car. When I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and said hi. Julio introduced me to Fabian who was going to go on the test drive with me. Fabian showed me the different features the Edge had and how to use them. There was a great deal on the car and it was brand new. So I told Julio and Fabian I'd take it. The whole process was easy. Julio and I discussed numbers and warranties. I signed the papers with Sandy from Finance who made the process go smoothly. She answered all my questions I had about the papers. This was one of the easiest car purchase I've made. Highly recommend this dealership.
